Trip.com was very helpful but from the beginning this hotel failed us. We arrived at 9pm to check in, room was not ready until 11pm. With a very cranky sleepy 3yr old. I called the hotel 3 days before check in to request a crib/pack and play and it was not given to us. I had to go to front desk 3 times to request one. Very good location, decent rooms but horrible housekeeping staff and follow through.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is surrounded by historical and cultural attractions and former residences of celebrities in Philadelphia. It is a ten-minute walk from Chinatown. It is very convenient to eat Chinese food. There are many large shopping malls around. The factory stores of Nike and Columbia are worth visiting. The hotel rooms are large and the service is good , Anyway, I personally feel pretty good.

Good for university, pretty easy to get other places too. Room was nice and clean and comfy Staff were beautiful and polite Hotel was all clean and nice, elevators to lobby and upper floors were sometimes slow.

I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was fantastic from the valet to the front desk staff! My room was clean and accommodating for the one night stay. I truly enjoyed the breakfast which was hot and delicious! I would definitely recommend this location.

I was satisfied with the room but not the services. The front desk asked me for $150 credit card deposit when I was checking-in. But my credit card was having some kind of issues and they did not let me in…It’s completely nonsense because I kept struggling with them in the lobby almost an hour. This is the worst part of my solo trip in Pilly.

The room was clean and the front desk representatives were friendly and gave really good suggestions of where to visit. The hotel is located within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions and transportation was accessible. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Everything was fine, except that I was awakened by the hotel's fire system just after I fell asleep. At 3 a.m., I walked down from the 7th floor to the lobby on the first floor in my pajamas and slippers, carrying important items. 😦 It is worth mentioning that the Reading Market next to the hotel is convenient and a paradise for foodies

The sound insulation was bad, can heard the water pipe, the people in the hallway, and the outside cars. If you are a quite sleeper, don't choice here. Overall the value of the cost is okay. The parking charge is not that reasonable.

The room is a bit old and some of the furniture looks like it has been used for a while, but the cleanliness is okay. Parking fee is 20USD per night. There is a TGI Friday nearby, and you can drive to the Landing kitchen for breakfast in 5 minutes.

Marriott's member hotel has very good sanitary facilities, but the service is really not good. I asked for two more quilts, but the waiter promised to give me the service. Finally, I asked him to go down to get them. This is nothing. The most bizarre thing is the parking fee. When I checked in, they didn't tell me to pay the parking fee in advance, and they didn't give me a parking ticket. After I checked out, I found a parking ticket. This is the hotel's internal parking lot, not the public area! The attitude of the Taiwan staff is very arrogant, typical white people's arrogant style, the words are human, but the attitude is not human. What touched me most was Ctrip's service. After understanding the situation, they communicated with the hotel and took the initiative to pay the overcharged parking fee first, so that our happy journey can continue. Thank you!
