非常推薦！賓大附近，很難得的是可以免費停車！房子三層，奢華田園風，房子本身就很值得餐館，床很舒服。早餐很好吃，老闆特別熱心周到，又異常有分寸，平時感覺不到服務人員的存在，難得的經歷。

非常温馨和漂亮的民宿，上下總共三層，雖然房子很老，可是裝飾非常有格調！店主人很好，準備的早餐也非常美味

房間一股受不了的味道

My best friend and I stayed here for a night for the Green Day concert. We had a fantastic stay. The b&b is beautiful and extremely comfortable. We slept great and breakfast was delicious. My friend is vegan and they were so accommodating, they made her a delicious tofu dish. We’ll absolutely be staying here again if we make it back to Philly!

We stayed in the Victorian which had a lovely little private garden room off of the bedroom and a full attached bathroom. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do and the neighborhood was quiet and walkable with restaurants nearby. The hosts were helpful, accommodating and friendly and breakfast was always ready and waiting for us on time—as well as delicious. (Thanks for the “special” breakfast, Regina!) Would happily stay here for every visit to Philadelphia!

This place was very nicely decorated old Victorian home, rooms were nice and bed was comfortable. Our hostess Jeanette was very nice and made us a nice breakfast on the first morning, hated that we had to leave really early on the second morning for the airport so we missed breakfast the second morning. It was so nice having a parking lot behind the house to park since the street parking was usually packed. We were within walking distance of a lot of places and the trolley stopped right out in front of the house. The wrap around covered front porch was nice and you could just sit there for hours if you wanted. We stayed on the third floor which would be tough if you can’t handle a lot of stairs but I like being up there so you didn’t hear people above you walking around. It was a great place to stay while touring Philly for a couple of days. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful, the hospitality was wonderful, Cesar the innkeeper was very helpful and upgraded our room for free, which was so nice. The breakfast was delicious and I loved our room. It’s so cool that the house is over 120 years old, beautiful house. I would definitely go back there if I’m in the area. Also, Annette and her son were wonderful and very helpful as well.

Lovely old mansion in west philly with fantastic grounds and wrap around porch. Location is ideal to University City and trolley stop is at corner. Beautiful rooms and fantastic breakfast. Cesar is a great host and his dogs are fun to play with. Off-street parking is a bonus.

Lovely restored Victorian home that is beautifully kept. Staff is helpful, accommodating and kind. My room was well furnished and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. I slept so well in this quiet house. The grounds and porch have multiple perches for sitting and reading or taking in city life. I will definitely try another visit!

I am not sure how this hotels have so many wonderful reviews. I will start with the pros and move to the cons. PROS 1. The staff were friendly very warm welcoming. 2. Parking if free. CONS. 1. The place is run down and needs renovations. The curtains were have with dust, if you suffer from allergies, asthma or sinusitis DO NOT STAY THERE! My allergies Immediately flares up. Itchy eyes, sore throat and headache. 2. The sitting chair in our room was torn and faded, and was covered with a blanket to hid the rips. 3. Bathroom is down the hall and we had to share it with guests. 4. The bathroom stall wait not clean ( Please bring a pair of slippers to wear in the shower). The bathroom windows, sink and needs to be fixed. 5. The outside porch/veranda has old torn, and faded furnitures. The flooring is also old and faded and broken. 6. The only restaurant close by was an Ethiopian restaurant, and a pizza shop. I wish I could upload a video This place is not as advertised. We did not stay for breakfast.

We were welcomed warmly, shown to our room which was very comfortable, and enjoyed sitting in one of the parlors. It is such a beautiful B&B. The breakfast was delicious. It was nice to have a pantry with ice water and wine available. All the details are covered by the team at The Gables. I highly recommend.

Very rare to experience a such proudly preserved historical property owned and managed by an extraordinary and welcoming family. Every meal was a treat, including a surprise ethnic dinner. Location is convenient having the trolley stop just at the curb. This trip will be unforgettable just for the special accommodation received. Cesar, Jeanette, Annette, Don and Andre and the other family members (and the cute pets) operate at the high professional standards that barely hide their good hearted and caring nature.

It's a magical house and decorated beautifully. The owners and staff were super welcoming and I definitely recommend it. Breakfast was fresh fruit, banana bread, and a dish of egg, hash brown and spring mix. Coffee is always available, day and night. Easy to get to the train and walking distance to Abssynia, the Ethiopian restaurant.
