Property itself is nice as is the complimentary breakfast buffet, however dining options in the area are extremely limited.

Eveything was very good except the lack of a shuttle service to/from the airport. Taxis charge $25 and Uber X about $18 or more. This really needs to be fixed.

The Hotel is very good and confortable.. the check in Is late not convenient at 4 p.m. The Charging for the Parking should not be after paying for a High price stay.. Deposit for a Marriott Hotel?? I was desappointed ..

The property is okay. However the walls were paper thin and I could hear my neighbors clearly on both sides. Additionally, the shower was dirty, with dirt on the floor and hair on the walls.

Immediately felt welcome and at home due to the extremely nice and polite staff!! Coming from a "crumb on a map" city to a big city like Philadelphia, our nerves were a little on edge from the drive alone but all of that melted away when we were greeted with the friendly faces at the checkin desk. The hotel was clean, quiet, and cozy. The breakfast was always fully stocked (and delicious). Also not located on a busy street and has its own parking lot. Easy access to 76 and 95 to easily scoot around town. We will be returning to Philly more often and will absolutely stay no where else except the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Airport.

A very clean, quiet, up-to-date hotel with welcoming staff. They even made homemade cookies in the evening :-) Unfortunately, the continental breakfast wasn’t as good as we hoped. There was no fruit and no options for diabetics who need whole grain or whole wheat options and zero sugar options. Ruby Tuesdays restaurant was next door. Otherwise you need to drive to other restaurants. Felt like a very safe area of town.

The staff was extremely friendly + helpful upon arrival. They were pleasant + definitely affirmed I made the right choice with booking. Would stay there again!

Overall it was fine. What I missed was there was no shuttle per se to the airport. They will call you a Lyft. That worked fine at the beginning of our trip but on the tail end at 10 pm not as well.

I was disappointed in this hotel. We were given a handicap room which at first we didn’t mind until we realized the shower situation. The bathroom was very gross and the shower seat in the shower was moldy and stained. The shower head holder was detachable for handicap use but didn’t really accommodate someone who was not going to sit while showering. The holder was broken so the shower head fell during the shower several times. Also since this was a roll in shower accessible, the curtain did not go to the floor and the shower head faced the bathroom therefore soaking the entire bathroom even with the curtain closed. Which is probably why the bathroom was so gross due to the constant flood being caused in the bathroom. Very poor design for a shower. Also, rooms do not come with a microwave even tho it list that it does, walls are very thin especially in rooms with joining rooms. Lastly, you do have to pay to park and they do a $150 fee for incidentals. Just an fyi to consider this into the cost of the hotel if you are between two and going here for lower cost. Other than that, bed was comfortable and shades on the window blocked out all light. Despite being near the airport and train tracks, it was a very quiet location.

The staff were very friendly especially the breakfast staff and housekeepers. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The rooms were comfortable with an awesome workstation. The gym had excellent equipment and was available 24 hours. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!
