Ulasan The Windsor Suites Philadelphia

We had a great stay at the Windsor Suites. Location wise, it’s a 5 minute walk to the City Hall and within walking distance to different establishments. There’s restaurants at the lobby as well. The room was VERY spacious— it had a walk-in closet room with an iron and an ironing board. It had a kitchen space with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils! The room was clean and was very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and will highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Philly.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a hotel in Philly. The only 2 issues we had were the TV and the lack of silverware in our king suite. The TV kept pausing and unpausing randomly throughout our stay and weird glitches kept coming across the screen. There was no silverware/ plastic ware in our king suite despite having a very quaint kitchenette and other plates/ bowls / mugs etc. I was unable to eat my leftover cheesecake bc of this! (not a huge deal but still :p )

Check-in was easy. I wish parking was included but it was reasonably priced anyways and the valet service was nice. Absolutely worth it for the room, huge closet, kitchen area, spacious suite. Staff were all pleasant. Very pleased! One note, silverware in the kitchen would be nice but it’s fine. Limited climate control in the room too due to moody weather / old heating cooling system. We opened a window and it cooled off quick though. Very happy overall

房間寬敞，設施齊全，非常適合家庭出遊。

房間不錯，但服務太差，酒店按金不作預授權，而是直接扣掉，退房後卻一直不退還，衹説銀行不接收，並且拒絕進一步溝通，反覆拉扯二十多天，期間打了無數次電話，均以各種理由搪塞不回，發郵件也石沉大海。還好攜程客服給力，通過平台先行墊付給我，沒有造成實質損失。但這種事情嚴重破壞了旅途的好心情，希望大家避雷這家酒店！

房間很大，特別是客廳，陽台正對街道，視野開闊。廚房乾淨，可以一邊做飯一邊看外面，較舒適。酒店步行5分鐘有大的超市，市政廳一個紅綠燈很近。本傑明紀念館就在旁邊。

包含全套廚房設備，大冰箱，微波爐，烤箱，煤氣爐，洗碗機以及餐具。 12樓有洗衣房，飲水機。在市中心，交通方便。安全。

帶廚房的套房，讓我們可以做個西式簡餐，也是不錯的體驗

位置很好，酒店也乾淨整潔，房間也很大。 但我們預訂的是一室一廳帶廚房的套間，抵達前一天還電話確認了預訂，但到了之後居然説套間沒有了，給我們兩個相通的單間。這種服務水平令人失望。
