Firstly I will say the the location is amazing, at the end of kind beach. You can snorkel from the beach also possible to swim to shark point. Breakfast was nice, choice of eggs and other bits. The staff were always very helpful and tried their best
The bad points, the in our first room there was no mosquito net.so when about getting one we were told it wasn’t possible. They then offered us a new room. We took the new room, which included a mosquito nets. Although it’s also included a pack of monkeys who are waiting outside the door for us aggressively we were told by the staff to just grab a stick and shoot them off. This did only happen one day But it made the other day going back to your room in the dark not feel so nice the AC in the room was also terrible. It sounded like it had a bag of old spanners in and dripped throughout the night like some sort of water torture leaving blocks of ice on the floor as well. I would also note that’s the bed was as flexible as the wooden floor below, so just bear this in mind if you’re used to a softer mattress.
I appreciate the monkeys are out of their control but maybe some signs for other guests not to have food out et cetera so that they’re not encouraged to come to the area might help. I also don’t think it’s very hard to have a mosquito net in every room. It’s a shame these small things could not be fixed. As otherwise for the money it would be a very nice stay.
If you’re visiting the area, I do recommend the restaurant at the end of the beach called mamas and the pad Thai is delicious. The restaurants down the beach are also good for a nice evening out.

Great hotel and good breakfast overall. The pool is nice, but the filling is missing from the tiles and it's sharp to walk on. The beach is nice, but you can only swim at high tide, some stronge lights would be great to swim at night because it was great.

Was a great hotel to stay at. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good as it is right on the beach but only a few bars and restaurants near as it is a small island. Balcony right onto the pool was amazing and rooms were very clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at the beachside resort. The location is good, just a short walk from the peer, and the staff are friendly. It’s popular with young groups so can be a bit rowdy by the pool in the afternoon, but I was able to sleep undisturbed as the bars are not immediately close to the hotel. There are some fantastic cafes close by and some nice beachfront restaurants in front of the property.

In general it was a nice stay, the pros beat the cons. The location, views and service were worth it, even after knowing more about this hotel history.
The hotel is really well located, very close to the island central area and harbors (for tours and ferry). The staff was waiting us by the ferry and helped to carry the luggage back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly in general, except for some on the pool bar.
The stay was very confortable and the view from the pool is stunning! The hotel is old and need some refurbishment, mainly inside the rooms, but it is understandable. Many complaints about the party noises, but I believe there are almost no place in the village to avoid them, the bars exaggerate on the ”music” bass level. The hotel supply earplugs to help with it, in case you have difficulty sleeping.
The breakfast was really complete and nice, but the time to refill the stations could be improved.
Another point of improvement may be the cleaning. Unfortunately, we found a insect (seemed like a roach) inside the safe.

We love it here. Our room 5115 was up on the mountain and we got both side of the view. Super windy up there like all the time. The breakfast was awesome. Eventho its on the top of the hill but they provide free shuttle van almost most of the time. Can go to the beach and town easily.
Everything was great except on our last day, i found out someone was using my hair comb as i noticed different hair color on it. We had room service everyday so I thought idk…. What else they did idk, or used some of my perfume or skincare product or hair product idk. Should not have this issue bcs will effect our trust on the resort.
Overall it was fantastic and will come back for the view❤️

Forest-style resort hotel, with comfortable rooms and a crib provided. The breakfast is also very rich, with various delicious options. The restaurant and bar in the hotel also have a particularly good environment. If you don't like to spend money in the hotel, the nearby small village is also very close, which is convenient for dining and travel. There are snorkeling projects in the small village, and you can also choose to go fishing in the sea. There are also bars in the village, which are very lively in the evening. The check-in experience is very good, and I will come again if I have the chance.

The hotel is overall good but our room - garden bungalow - was not comfortable for the price, it needs a big renovation.
Bathroom and shower-head are outdated, shower time were not very pleasant, towels are hard and all stained, all furniture is very old. There’s no attention to details, simple things like placing a mat at the door so the room doesn’t get full of sand.
Breakfast was fair and all staff were kind and attentive. The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful but a bit busy with boats and tractors coming and going.
Jimmy’s Cafe was pleasant and had some good dishes.

Excellent
JJMartinhoZeavola is immersive. You are right in the jungle, so be ready to see some animals on the way to your room. We didn't like our room, it had the view to bottom of a hill room, so no sun arrived there and what we could see was pipes from the other room's toilet.
Staff is overall nice, i loved the beach bar and the beach is so so beautiful. Check-in was great they welcomed us at the boat.
When i called them about how to reach the hotel they tried to sell is a boat ticket for 2500thb, thay i paid 1100thb for the same service, so don't fall in that.
About the property don't expect a luxury experience. And o am not talking about ”material luxury” as the GM likes to say. I talk about the quality of the bed linen, the ammenities in the bathroom, the turndown service, flexibility from staff, service at the pool, all of that wood need a big improvement to become a 5 star property. The good news is tha Phi Phi Islands don't have great accomodation, so this is still the best place to stay, tie with Saii Phi Phi.
BBilly EnkhbilguunA wonderful resort!
Location: The resort is located ~10 min walk from the Phi Phi Tonsai pier and located away from all the nightclubs and noise.
The resort is right on the Loh Dalum beach and has its own private beach space. The location is perfect for couples who want a time away from all the noise.
Staff:
All the staff was wonderful and very kind, especially the message ladies were so lovely. If one needs feedback for improvement, the bellboys could introduce the resort and the amenities while guiding the guests to their rooms.
Amenities:
The most stunning feature is the swimming pool overlooking the beach. The guests are free to use Kayak and paddleboard for an hour, which was nice. The rooms are a bit small, but very lovely and clean. Since the houses are built by bamboo, outside noise can be heard. The poil bar has lots of nice drinks. Thai massage overlooking the beach is a must!
Cleanliness:
Everything was kept very clean. The staff were cleaning the pool after it's closed.
Meals: The resort restaurant has a stunning view across the beach. We initially intended on eating outside, but the view in the restaurant was perfect and lit with bamboo lights and torches, so we had our dinner at the restaurant. The meals were amazing, especially the buffet breakfast!
Overall, a wonderful experience.
GGuest UserI liked the hotel very much. Excellent location - its own beach with sun loungers 50 m away, not far from the pier and all the entertainment in the center, and at the same time very quiet in the evening. I really liked the breakfasts - a large selection, beautifully presented. The only drawback is that the restaurant is hot, but this is Thailand, it is hot everywhere there. A wonderful bungalow, has everything you need - air conditioning, a refrigerator, a safe, a hair dryer. The most important thing is that the air conditioning does not blow on the bed. This is probably one of the best hotels on Phi Phi. If we come again, we will definitely go to this hotel.
DDream TimGood looking room with nice bathroom space and balcony. Great location next to the beach and street food and supermarkets right outside of the hotel. Cleaning service was some kind of a random, like one day it can be cleaned, one you need to ask, one even if you ask, they won't. Very poor choice for the breakfast, pretty much only various eggs dishes, sausages, yogurt and pancakes, that's it. Overall, it was a good stay for its price. Btw, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, so prepare it with you while staying.
IIuliiaGreat located fantastic swimming pool, probably best location in island! Rooms are too basic , first I stayed in the better room with balcony it was nice but I found a huge cockroach on the bed omg! Then I mend to more simple room -bathroom in both is dumb and not nice to be there but the resort itself is nice. Rooms are not nice to stay in -just to sleep overnight and leave the room! Swimming pool is the best!
EErick858The room was comfortable, accommodating a family of three, including a 3-year-old child. It was large, offering a picturesque view on one side and a sufficient bathroom. However, the overall appearance of the place seemed somewhat neglected, and the 85 steps (I counted) leading up to the registration desk might deter many potential guests. Despite this, they did offer a complimentary service for luggage transportation from the port to the room, along with a pre-arranged service from the hotel to the port. Our stay was smooth, and we didn't cause any inconvenience to the hotel, opting not to request room cleaning. However, the hotel failed to provide toothbrushes or bathroom slippers. The breakfast set they provided was quite small.
GGuest UserThe location was pretty decent - its very near the viewpoint, which makes it easy to travel there especially with the walk being quite steep, you save some time and energy. It is considered to be within the main area of Phi Phi island, making it accessible to many shops and F&B. It being a 1-star hotel, expectations must also be adjusted accordingly. Cleanliness was not bad, no random stains or hair on the bed and the bed was nicely done up during our visit. Would like if they offered daily cleaning service but the cleaning service can be requested for every 2 nights stay which is still fair. Service was good, they offered us water upon arrival and when we left. There is also a push trolley service where they can send your bags to the ferries area for 50Baht which is pretty OK considering it is a 1-star hotel. Facilities wise, wish that they had hot water, it had only cold water which is refreshing on a hot day but preferred if we had the option to adjust. Please also check if your room has air-con when booking. Ours didn't have it because I assumed the rooms would naturally have it but the room we booked didn't have it. The fan provided at the maximum speed, was not cooling enough for me. I felt like I still sweat a lot in the room which is not ideal.
NNeimengguboyewenhuachuanmei®™hanyuThe location is a bit remote, and it will take some physical strength to carry large luggage. The room has an approximate appearance and feels great. Thank you to the boss for providing 2 breakfasts, coffee and fruit.
TTW2024Got room D5 for a family of 3 adults. Very beautiful view of the sea and mountain from the outdoor pool. Large room with windows on 2 sides, 1 large bed and 1 small bed, electric kettle, refrigerator, 3 bottles of water (800ml each). Can see people walk pass on the street next to the resort. Large balcony. Room and resort are old, quiet, relaxing and good enough for a short stay. The bathroom needs a serious cleaning because it is old and has not been cleaned properly. The photo having large rocks is taken near the resort. On the left of our balcony is the beach where they have music and fire dance until late. I slept well because I’m familiar with loud noise. At home in Thailand, the Wat nearby has ceremonies with loud speaker very often.
GGuest UserVery good hotel!
I liked the magnificent view pool, excellent breakfast, nice room. It was clean, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, the location was quite convenient. Yes, it can be quite noisy at night, but this island is not complete without night parties)
