Hotels in Ton Sai Bay, Phi Phi Islands

The room, location, service and breakfast are excellent. Well decorated. We loved the breakfast. Location is very close to the pier. Another good thing is that they provide help carrying luggages from and to the pier. But the washroom floor is not properly designed to drain the water. Also they charged extra 800 THB for 10 year old child for one night stay, although I didn’t require extra bed they made it mandatory. That’s not appreciable. Check out time is 11.00 am which seems too early. But they provide luggage storage before departure which is helpful.

Hotel in good location. Room was fairly basic but clean, shower was adequate. Pool right outside our patio, but we did have a Grand Deluxe room. Safe didn't work properly so the reception had to provide us with a key to operate it. No kettle in the room, just a water heater which didn't work well, and took an age for the water to get hot enough for a tea/coffee.

This hotel is right on the beach, close to everything and they even have connecting rooms for bigger families. The wifi is not so great but the breakfast is good. The view from the hotel is amazing.

The service was excellent; the staff were always willing to help. I really appreciated being able to leave my luggage for a few hours after check-out. My room was clean, well-ventilated, and smelled lovely. Everyone was very kind and friendly.

The hotel's location is excellent, and we really appreciate the team's effort in arranging a room with a nice view. However, they were very strict—each time we left the room, they asked us to leave the room key at the front desk. Having to put in extra effort for this was quite frustrating. The hotel staff did help us with our luggage. We requested an extra hour for check-out, but they didn’t approve it. It's fair to say they were rather unaccommodating. Also, there has been a landslide on the road behind the hotel. It’s an unfortunate situation for the hotel, and you might prefer not to stay there for your own safety. Also, we didn’t like the coffee and tea.

We had a perfect stay at Phi Phi @ Pier Hotel. The place is brand new, spotless, and in an amazing location—walking distance from the best spots on the island. The rooms are extremely comfortable and offer the most stunning views. Maya at the front desk always greeted us with a friendly smile and was incredibly helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel and can't wait to return. Thank you!

I want you all to listen to me, if you have kids this is the hotel that you need to take your family to. It's clean there's no rock and roll noise at night. As a father who brought his family here to play this is the only hotel that I found that was the best one. Don't risk taking your family to other places that have loud music and terrible smells. This hotel was the most amazing hotel I've seen on this island and I've been to this island five times. The rooms were outstanding they were fantast and so comfortable

Hotel is well mantained and clean. Location is ok, cons it’s close to a market and the area doesn’t seem so clean, pros… you can easily get anywhere and there are a lot of good restaurants and bars nearby plus it’s a 3 min walk to the pier. Service is super good! Always friendly and willing to give you recommendations… and yes it’s recently renovated

The location of the hotel is good, the staff will pick you up at the port when you disembark, and it will take you 5-10 minutes to walk. It is located near the beach in the middle of the lively area. There is a business area in front of the door and a lively bar area behind. The two waitresses at the front desk had a bad attitude. When they saw Europeans and Americans, they laughed. When they saw the Chinese, they were almost expressionless. We arrived at the same time with a foreign couple and let the foreigners move in. They told me that it was necessary to stay at 14 o'clock. Because we are Chinese? She also said that because the room type you ordered was not good, they were fine. Haha, funny. The bellman has always been great. The room first gave me the corner of the first floor, and the balcony view was very poor. I asked for a garden room of the same price for Ctrip. The hotel asked me to add money. After communicating with Ctrip, Ctrip went to the agent to negotiate and finally waited for nearly two hours, still had to add money. In the end Ctrip compensated 200 yuan, I finally added money to move in. This is not a feeling of taste in the middle, let's think about it yourself. I don't say any more. The rooms are quite large, everything you need, and the gardens are beautiful. There is also a small swimming pool. Breakfast was opposite the hotel, facing the sea, not much stuff and not very good taste, especially the bacon was burnt and dried. In short, this hotel stay experience is very bad, I will have the opportunity to come to Phi Phi Island, will not choose it.
