Here's a short review in English based on your notes:

This hotel is beautiful and tranquil, set in a tropical environment with many open-air areas. You need to go outside to reach the reception, restaurant, or bathroom from your room. They have done a fantastic job of combining luxury with a natural, jungle-like setting—something I've never seen before. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. If you're looking for a more exotic nature experience, this place is ideal. However, if you prefer a more standard/business stay, it might not be the best option.
Nice bungalows with all comforts, nice white beach to relax on with bar for food and drinks, they can organise boat trips and excursions for you at a decent price. Unfortunately I feel like all the famous beaches around which you are supposed to go see are packed with tourists and full of plastic, I think they should take care of the beaches where they send their clients to, our boat trip was nice but we cut it short at one point cause the beaches were too crowded or dirty. We personally picked up 2 full big plastic bags of rubbish while the boat crew set around smoking. Also the lunch boxes were not great. The Ruan Thai restaurant was very nice, book a day in advance though cause it fills up quickly. The spa also is great, very good massages and nice environment. Cute village nearby to walk to for drinks, dinner, cheaper massages and mini markets. All in all nice resort but not an unforgettable experience.

Excellent hotel. Good location. The only thing that was bad was the lack of a window in the room. The photos on trip.com do not correspond to reality. On Trip.com there is a panoramic window in the photo, but in fact there was none, and as the hotel employee explained, with a window this is a different category of room. Trip.com You need to fix your service.

The location is a bit remote, and it will take some physical strength to carry large luggage. The room has an approximate appearance and feels great. Thank you to the boss for providing 2 breakfasts, coffee and fruit.

Huge hotel room, big double shower, pool views, friendly staff, 10 minute walk from all the action with bars & restaurants on route. Phi Phi is absolutely stunning, this place was great, there is however a warning sign of don’t feed the monkeys and keep your doors locked at all times, we laughed at first but they weren’t lying, there was monkeys everywhere, love sitting on the roof of the hotel, climbing the trees and sometimes stealing an abandoned drink on the table 🤣 enjoyed my stay nonetheless & perfect for couple / group travelling. Incredible value.
It's just that the ebb tide is too much, it's a bit inconvenient to get wet on board and get off the boat, and it's really hard to carry luggage and climb stairs. I ’m sorry if you do n’t give it! The environment is still very good! It ’s just that I ’m going to board a plane and it ’s not convenient to get wet. Far islands! It's a bit inconvenient to bring children!

The place is super cozy. Feel like living in the jungle but the crystal clear beach is right in front of you. The hummock in the pouch is the best of everything. Staff are very friendly and very sweet.
The room setup is a bit weird. There is no place to store your luggage in the room.

This hotel is located on the best stretch of Long Beach - there is a clean entrance to the sea without any reefs, only fine light sand and some broken corral brought by the sea. At low tide it is a bit shallow to swim, but you can still swim, unlike the rest of this beach. The sea here is clean; at the beginning of May there were no jellyfish or biting plankton.
The room seemed worse from the pictures. Colorfully decorated. It is clear that it is not new. But it was clean, neat, and cosmetic repairs had apparently been done recently. There is enough space. The bed is so-so, a bit hard and the linen is not the best, the pillows are low. The air conditioner is noisy. TV, kettle, hairdryer. There are not enough light sources, especially in depth. There are enough sockets.
The bathroom is spacious, everything worked, there were no problems with drainage. But from somewhere from time to time there was a smell. They started to close the plug in the sink, and it didn’t seem to smell as bad.
In general, we expected the worst from the room.
The terrace is large, in the first half of the day the sun is scorching, in the second half there is already a shadow from the roof on it. The territory is cozy, beautiful, unfortunately, not very tennis.
Breakfast is not included. There is no buffet, you order from the menu. The most profitable is the American breakfast, it costs 250 or 280 baht (I don’t remember exactly), for those who don’t eat a very heavy breakfast, one is enough for two. The restaurant itself looks beautiful and colorful, guests from other hotels constantly came - the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. But it’s better not to buy tickets for the ferry and speedboats to Phuket at the hotel - they’re expensive and not all options are available.
The free longtail transfer departs to the pier every 2 hours. Upon arrival at the pier, they look for “their people” using the check-in lists; if they haven’t booked, they won’t take you for free. I don't know when they were scheduled to leave for the hotel, but we had to wait a long time on the open pier for other guests to be found. In pouring rain and wind. The umbrella that the hotel employee gave us was not very helpful; we and our luggage got wet. It would be more convenient if the hotel sent a welcome letter with detailed check-in instructions and guests were collected on the beach, where there are awnings that will protect from both rain and sun. Finding the right person was still problematic, at least in the rain.

Upon arrival at Phi Phi Island Pier, there will be staff picking us up to the hotel. There is no car on the Phi Phi Island. This hotel is not close to the pier. To get to the pier to rent a taxi, 100 baht is a person, we 6 people choose first along On the mountain road, I went to the semi-dead and walked for half an hour to the pier to go shopping for an afternoon to buy a good dry food 500 baht to rent a boat back to the hotel. The next day I bought a 6-hour round-the-island tour at the hotel. It is recommended to take 3 hours around the island. After sitting on the wooden boat for a long time, the hotel will be dizzy, the hotel is very beautiful. When we went to the hotel, we sent us 2 days for breakfast (we stayed 2 nights). There are also 2 restaurants nearby to solve the problem. The door is super sea view, and there are many sands. Coral, stinging
When you come to this hotel, you must contact them in advance to pick you up at the pier, or take a fishing boat there. The map shows that it is only 2.0 kilometers away. It is also very pleasant to walk along the coastline, but there is no way to go after walking. It is completely uphill. , beach, and stone steps. It was very difficult to carry the suitcase. With the heat wave, I finally walked for more than four hours to get to the hotel. I had to carry the suitcase and walk up the stone steps equivalent to four flights of stairs before actually arriving at the hotel. I contacted the restaurant through Ctrip on the way, but language was the biggest obstacle. The check-in experience was good. When we left the hotel to go to the port, the hotel sent us by boat, and we arrived at the dock in ten minutes. Phi Phi Island pier is divided into north and south piers. Ours is the southern ”Tongsai” pier. It takes two hours to take a boat to Phuket.

AAnn AnnuirIt was great experience, if you go there you have to take water taxi ( boat with Thai guy) they try to scam you, if you ask the hotel to rent taxi it should be around 1000-1200 baht, taxi people will ask you to pay 750 baht each person, so try to not get scammed people, Service was amazing, Nature and food everything was excellent, try massage and there is cool show and activities on Fridays and Saturdays. Good luck, you won't regret it,
JJustUsExploringPhi Phi Island is an amazing place to visit and staying at this hotel will definitely make your trip even more memorable. The hotel's proximity to the pier is a big advantage as it allows for easy access by long tail boat. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and they even offer pick-up services from the pier which is a thoughtful gesture. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious food and the beach is just a few steps away, making it convenient to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The snorkeling experience is simply breathtaking and can be enjoyed at any time of the day. The night show is a great way to spend the evenings and is highly recommended. In addition, Maya Bay is only a short 20-25 minute ride from the hotel. On the flip side, the wifi in our room wasn't working properly, but the inclusion of Netflix on the TV kept our kids entertained. All in all, this hotel is definitely a great choice for anyone planning a trip to Phi Phi Island.

GGuest UserI liked the hotel very much. Excellent location - its own beach with sun loungers 50 m away, not far from the pier and all the entertainment in the center, and at the same time very quiet in the evening. I really liked the breakfasts - a large selection, beautifully presented. The only drawback is that the restaurant is hot, but this is Thailand, it is hot everywhere there. A wonderful bungalow, has everything you need - air conditioning, a refrigerator, a safe, a hair dryer. The most important thing is that the air conditioning does not blow on the bed. This is probably one of the best hotels on Phi Phi. If we come again, we will definitely go to this hotel.

GGuest UserThank you very much to the boss 🙏🏻 Because I made a mistake in booking on the same day, it was entirely my problem. I booked this hotel without knowing clearly that the hotel was outside Phi Phi Island. Thank you to the boss for his kindness and finally agreeing to cancel the order, and thank you to Trip for their customer service. I will specifically choose this hotel to stay next time🙏🏻

GGuest UserFirstly I will say the the location is amazing, at the end of kind beach. You can snorkel from the beach also possible to swim to shark point. Breakfast was nice, choice of eggs and other bits. The staff were always very helpful and tried their best
The bad points, the in our first room there was no mosquito net.so when about getting one we were told it wasn’t possible. They then offered us a new room. We took the new room, which included a mosquito nets. Although it’s also included a pack of monkeys who are waiting outside the door for us aggressively we were told by the staff to just grab a stick and shoot them off. This did only happen one day But it made the other day going back to your room in the dark not feel so nice the AC in the room was also terrible. It sounded like it had a bag of old spanners in and dripped throughout the night like some sort of water torture leaving blocks of ice on the floor as well. I would also note that’s the bed was as flexible as the wooden floor below, so just bear this in mind if you’re used to a softer mattress.
I appreciate the monkeys are out of their control but maybe some signs for other guests not to have food out et cetera so that they’re not encouraged to come to the area might help. I also don’t think it’s very hard to have a mosquito net in every room. It’s a shame these small things could not be fixed. As otherwise for the money it would be a very nice stay.
If you’re visiting the area, I do recommend the restaurant at the end of the beach called mamas and the pad Thai is delicious. The restaurants down the beach are also good for a nice evening out.
IIuliiaGreat located fantastic swimming pool, probably best location in island! Rooms are too basic , first I stayed in the better room with balcony it was nice but I found a huge cockroach on the bed omg! Then I mend to more simple room -bathroom in both is dumb and not nice to be there but the resort itself is nice. Rooms are not nice to stay in -just to sleep overnight and leave the room! Swimming pool is the best!

MMarc2000Nice hotel, meters from the beach front, access to a pool and food&drink options.
The location is not far from the main pier/harbour, nice and quiet away from the loud party scene, although if that’s what you are after, it is some distance to walk back and forth.
Beach is fantastic and nice little bar / restaurant.
Rooms aren’t modern but do the job.

PPaulina CatherineThe hotel was nice - view from the room was brilliant! However do note this hotel is not accessible: the hike to the room was difficult even for people in their 30s. It’s also quite far away from the town. Pool is rather dated. Longtail boat transfer to and from the pier was great bonus!pity that the reception staff weren’t nice - in all other hotels in Thailand we were welcomed with a big smile, but here the check in took forever and the staff seemed to look at the customers as a bother

HHMurrayThe service for this hotel was amazing. Our luggage was collected and taken to the hotel from the port and the manager/lady at reception was so kind, helpful and enthusiastic and made us feel really welcome. The hotel location is a little far despite being a small island and the hill is steep but it didn’t stop us from going out or enjoying phi phi. It made it feel more secluded if that’s what you are after and the view from the pool of the beach was amazing with a few nice quiet bars around, just not near the center. The room itself was quite disappointing, the smell was bad, there was a massive cockroach on its back in the bathroom and when the shower was on the light in the bathroom flickered.
