Staff is not communicative at all: we haven't succeed to move the booking because of visa reasons even through support. Ended up just leaving booking to a local friend and even in that case the staff haven't communicated and declined changing the person for a booking so noone was able to use the booking!

Excellent location in a quiet and beautiful place, but at the same time 10 minutes walk from the center of Ton Sai.
We took a room on the first floor with a private pool, but it was impossible to swim in it because of the excessive amount of chlorine, but from the corner room you could go straight to the sea. There are sun loungers, a small fenced area, few boats, so the sea is quite clean.
The pool on the 3rd floor is amazing, in my opinion, the best rooms are in front of it.
They meet you at the pier and take your bags, the same with the return trip, upon check-in they immediately asked the time of the return ferry, wrote down the check-out time and called the room 10 minutes before to remind you.
The breakfasts seemed rather modest in terms of the availability of hot dishes, but there were even shrimp. They cook eggs in different variations, a couple of types of fruits and vegetables, rice, not the most delicious sausages and a fairly large number of desserts. Very diluted juice, coffee machine without a cappuccino maker.
