There is no transfer to the city. Despite the fact that there is nothing to entertain in the hotel, the issue of a free transfer to the nearest city has not been resolved. You have to get there yourself by bus (which is very inconvenient) or by taxi, which is relatively expensive. The minibar in the rooms is paid, water is free. If you bring a bottle of water from the room to the restaurant, they will count it and ask you to pay at the restaurant price. Also, if you buy a drink outside the hotel (in the hotel restaurant the price is three times more expensive than in the shop across the street), you will also be asked to pay for it. Such unpleasant trifles and attitude towards guests spoils the whole impression of the hotel. In general, we can conclude that the hotel administration should not only train the staff, who work very conscientiously and are very friendly, but also pay attention to management and solving pollution problems, active recreation and review the pricing policy considering the location of the hotel.
