You have to get there yourself by bus (which is very inconvenient) or by taxi, which is relatively expensive. The minibar in the rooms is paid, water is free. If you bring a bottle of water from the room to the restaurant, they will count it and ask you to pay at the restaurant price. Also, if you buy a drink outside the hotel (in the hotel restaurant the price is three times more expensive than in the shop across the street), you will also be asked to pay for it. Such unpleasant trifles and attitude towards guests spoils the whole impression of the hotel. Reception staff lovely. Food great and cooked to order which was amazing for budget hotel. Surf staff could have been a little more helpful but it was nice to have it on site. Perfect location on the beach / jetty and a short taxi ride to lots of restaurants and walking distance to fairy falls
