Ulasan Petra Marriott Hotel

Hotel ini sangat tua dan berjarak 2 km dari kota kuno Petra. Tidak banyak pilihan sarapan, dan tidak disarankan untuk berpartisipasi dalam acara Petra Night di hotel karena jauh lebih murah untuk membeli tiket langsung di objek wisata tersebut.

Kamarnya tidak besar, tetapi lokasinya bagus dan Anda bisa melihat matahari terbenam yang indah. Namun, ketika kami sedang sarapan pada hari pertama, pelayan di ruang sarapan tiba-tiba menyerahkan sesuatu seperti tagihan dan meminta saya untuk menandatanganinya setelah kami selesai makan. Karena kami telah memesan makan malam dengan sarapan, dan saya lihat tidak ada orang lain yang memesannya, saya pergi ke meja resepsionis untuk menanyakan apa pesanannya. Staf laki-laki di meja depan mengatakan bahwa ini hanyalah selembar tip, bukan tagihan, dan sikapnya tidak terlalu sabar. Tetapi saya melihat dengan jelas tanda tangan sarapan di situ, dan saya menolak menandatanganinya. Dia melihat bahwa aku tidak bisa menjelaskannya dengan jelas, jadi dia merobek kertas di hadapanku. Hal ini saja membuat saya sangat tidak nyaman. Mengapa turis asing Eropa dan Amerika lainnya tidak menerima tagihan yang sama, tetapi memberikannya kepada saya secara terpisah? Saya selalu merasa mereka mendiskriminasi saya. Saya pernah menginap di Movenpick saat datang ke Petra sebelumnya, tetapi kali ini saya memilih Marriott karena mereka tidak punya kamar yang cocok dan saya tertarik dengan pemandangan matahari terbenam. Tetapi jika saya memiliki kondisi yang sama di masa mendatang, saya pasti tidak akan memilih Marriott lagi. Transportasi ke tempat indah itu juga agak merepotkan. Bus antar-jemput hanya memiliki titik tetap di pagi hari (pukul 8/9/10) dan sore hari (pukul 2/3/4), dan waktu untuk bermain di tempat wisata juga terbatas.

One Star – A Miserable, Sleepless Night at Petra Marriott Worse than anything, I had to wake up at 6am for a Petra hike—but instead of resting, I endured one of the most sleep-deprived nights I’ve ever had in a hotel. Outside my room, at the poolside tent area—supposedly closed after midnight—groups of guests were shouting, laughing, and drinking well into the early hours. Midnight came and went. At 12:30am, the noise was loud. By 1am, it was worse. At 1:30am, I was forced to call reception, practically begging them to do something. But nothing changed. At 2am, I was woken again by shouting near the pool. By 5:30am, running on maybe three hours of broken sleep, I had had enough and confronted the receptionist with a simple question: Why are your own rules not enforced? No real answer. No apology. Just blank stares. This came after a rocky start. From the moment I checked in, I felt like an unwanted inconvenience. The first receptionist I dealt with was cold, dismissive, and unfriendly. It took raising a complaint and asking for a manager just to be treated with basic courtesy. My room had a view mostly blocked by part of the restaurant roof—far from the scenic experience I’d hoped for. The manager offered me a different room with a mountain view, but I’d already unpacked, so I stayed put, disappointed but settled. I had originally planned to extend my stay by two nights, but by sunrise that day, I couldn’t get out fast enough. I moved to the Mövenpick and was blown away by the difference—staff who actually cared, quiet rooms, and respect for guests’ need for rest. The Petra Marriott may look the part, but it fails where it matters most: hospitality, peace, and professionalism. I wouldn’t return if the room were free

Beautiful hotel situated at the top of Petra overlooking a nice desert valley. A La Carte breakfast had a good range of foods. Would stay again!

Beautiful sunset and sunrise at the property. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean and room service was prompt.

Beautiful hotel, with very friendly, respectful employees. The rooms are very clean, and come with the most beautiful astonishing view of the mountains, something you’ve never seen before and when looking at it keep you dazzled. For dinner we got a local dish with chicken en lamb what they grilled in a underground oven. This hotel and the staff deserves a full 5 star rating!

Nice hotel around Petra but service could be improved, they try to sell us expensive package, give us wrong info.. massage was very good o recommend it, room where ok, the best point is the view and the pool. Bedouin restaurant is nice but food is not crazy. Breakfast is average. Overall it’s not crazy but in comparison to the other hotel around it’s very decent. Note that the hotel is far from the center so you can’t really go out for diner or other activity without taking a cab.

對這家酒店的好印象完完全全來自於幫忙搬行李的可愛大叔，他會開窗讓我看日落，隔幾分鐘還敲門給我送來一份禮物，我真的覺得很驚喜，會一直記得他！服務很不錯，樓下餐廳的烤魚很好吃，服務生會跟中國遊客説happy new year！

偏袖珍的酒店但設施非常完善，特別是餐廳，各種風味的都有。泳池望出去的山景也非常棒。 開車到佩特拉景區七分鐘也很方便。

非常非常好，免費幫忙升級了山景房。景色超美！強烈推薦！服務熱情周到，不強制要求小費！

酒店位置在山上，峽谷景色無敵。酒店前台服務人員特別友好，服務周到。因航司調整時間提前無奈凌晨離店，所以衹拍到了落日前的景色。

以為是大牌連鎖不踩雷，結果還是中招，先是安排到地下一層的房，後來換到了5層，辦入住的時候説沒房了，因為之前床墊嚴重變形，馬桶圈也臟，送的巧克力也發黴了，反正選房慎重

約旦酒店裡感覺性價比最高的一家酒店，服務設施都不錯，酒店晚餐也比較有特色、可以看日落，寧靜優美，在山頂上，涼爽

酒店位置在山上，視野開闊，距離佩特拉古城2.8km，服務經理熱情周到，房間面積大，設施齊全，酒店二樓餐廳在泳池邊上，晚飯點了羊肉雞肉，都很好吃，價格平均30迪拉姆左右。
