We are in a group of 6. the host is amazing, helped out with how to used the oxygen machine with essential for our elderly. We all had the room with fantastic view and the top roof view was majestic 🙏🙏🙏 we have been the most welcome and relaxing stay. the host was always be there to helped if you were need it. Special thanks for pick up from the north gate and also drop off this morning to catch our early train. Your kindness and helpful is definitely we will back to stay with you again. .

This homestay is the best! Very recommended 👌🏻 the host is very accommodating. The location is just perfect. It’s near to everything. There’s bed warmer and floor heater and the toilet comes with automatic bidet. There’s washing machine and even extra jackets that can be borrowed from the hotel as we undermine the cold in Shangrila the puffer jacket we borrowed really help us a lot with the cold. There’s pickup and dropoff service for free to and fro the Railway Station. The room that we book is really nice and the view is also nice. Please stay here if you come to Shangrila. You won’t regret it.

the hotel is well design and still new. the room is so beautiful. applaus for the design hotel and the room. the room exactly same with the picture, has warm floor and oxygen machine, air purifier. when check in, they give us some snack and alot of fruit. every afternoon provide ginger tea or/and milk. there’re pick up and drop off service too. its walkable to dukezhong ancient city. after we strolling in ancient city, we back to hotel and bring some fruit, the ladykeeper ask us to not buy fruit. they direct send us alot of fruit and after that everyday they give us many fruit. the breakfast is same everyday but delicious. before we’re check out, the ladykeeper give us some beef and milk candy. cannot thank enough for the hospitality. will recommend to our friend that would visit and stay in xiangelila.

All i can say this hotel is very perfect stay for our Yunnan trip! This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its cleanliness and the warm, friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The room is spacious, with a big TV screen and a cozy sofa for relaxation. The thoughtful amenities include a heated floor and bed, which were perfect for the cold weather. Even the toilet seat has a heater and a bidet, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. They also provide additional oxygen in the room—a great touch, especially for those who might feel the effects of high altitude. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking! Imagine waking up to stunning mountain scenery, lush green grasslands, and sheep grazing peacefully—it’s like a dream come true. To make our stay even more special, they upgraded our room for free to one with a luxurious bathtub! For Muslim travelers, this hotel is incredibly accommodating—they provided us with a delicious vegetarian breakfast, so we felt completely at ease. However, please be mindful when sitting on the sofas as their adorable, friendly dog loves to sit there too and might come to greet you. Their dog is super cute and playful, adding a warm and homey touch to the stay! One of the most delightful surprises was that the hotel provides traditional Chinese costumes for free! We had so much fun dressing up and taking beautiful photos. It made us feel like royalty from an ancient Chinese dynasty—truly a unique and unforgettable experience. Despite the language barrier, the staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs. They went above and beyond to assist us, offering suggestions, pinpointing locations, and ensuring we had everything we needed. A big thumbs up to the staff member whose picture I shared (unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name). The hotel owner should truly give her credit for her exceptional service—it made our stay even more memorable! This hotel is located near the stunning Napahai Lake, not Dukezong Ancient City. If you’re planning to stay close to Dukezong, this might not be the best choice. But trust me, you don’t need to stay near Dukezong—this hotel is so good, it’s worth being a little further away. The peaceful surroundings, incredible service, and top-notch amenities make it more than worth it! Another fantastic perk is the nearby e-bike rental. We rented bikes and had an amazing time exploring the beautiful Napahai area and enjoying the serene countryside. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers from Malaysia. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Trust me, you won’t regret staying here—it’s a memory you’ll cherish forever! Sorry I don’t take too much photo, a lot of videos only.
