Reaching the hotel from the convention centre in a 10-minute walk is walking through a little jungle with waterbirds, palm trees and beautiful nature. The hotel itself is a nice and friendly place, in convenient distance from the city centre. Helpful and friendly staff, parking on site and good breakfast choices.

飯店附近沒有餐廳及便利商店，位置算比較偏僻的地方，適合有開車的旅客，第一眼覺得房間整潔乾淨，入住後放下行李就外出了，回到飯店打開棉被，床單竟然是髒的，跟櫃台人員反應給了我們另一條床單叫我們自行更換，準備要睡覺的時候冷氣飛出一隻大蟑螂，想要求更換房間，但櫃檯沒人，早上退房跟櫃台人員反應，櫃檯人員給的回應也沒有抱歉的感覺，對於第一晚在伯斯的住宿感到很失望

I expected a desk in the hotel room. Without one, using a computer can prove difficult. The lighting, too, was not optimal, especially around the basin mirror. I also missed a full-length mirror.
The staff were friendly.

The rooms were nice but very small. Liked the stairs being very accessible and not stuck behind a dingy door. Bus stops nice and close and frequent.

The property has been very well renovated to a high level.Is is a little high tech in some ways what with the smart TV to us oldies but with a little help we got there.All in all would stay here again.

This is a good budget option. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not eat there so can’t comment on food, though please note room service is not available despite it being listed on the website.
