Hotelnya sangat bagus,kamar modern,pencahayaan hangat,ada shuttle dari dan ke stasiun terdekat,kamar mandi luas, nyaman sekali untuk keluarga

Pelayanan bagus dan rapi. Mereka menyediakan semua yang kami butuhkan. Prasmanan di pagi hari juga direkomendasikan. Ada banyak pilihan makanan. Tapi insulasi suaranya buruk. Saya bisa mendengar suara dari kamar sebelah kami sepanjang malam. Itu membuatku tidak bisa tidur nyenyak.

Bersih, ramah dan bersahabat, dengan transportasi yang nyaman. Saya kehilangan salah satu earphone saya di kamar 328. Mohon bantuannya untuk mencari apakah ada di dalam kamar.

Ini adalah tempat yang bagus dan bersih. Saya sangat merekomendasikan. Ini adalah kedua kalinya saya memesan di hotel ini

Senang dengan HARGA/bintang hotel (termasuk layanan sarapan). Lokasi bagus, staf sempurna, sarapan enak. Parkir 24 jam di lantai -1, berbayar. 30 menit dari pusat kota Milan atau Bandara Milan Malpensa. Yang paling saya suka adalah harga pada saat itu dan kualitas yang ditawarkan hotel.

This is a very luxurious hotel which I booked for a veryyy cheap price. I had no expectations, again because of the price, but i was more than pleased and amazed when i got to the hotel. The staff are all very nice, it's a 24hr check-in which is a plus, close to the metro and the view both at night and in the day is stunning

The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. However the location is not very suitable. It’s far away from everything in a street that mostly has warehouses. Pero metro station is also not that close. It takes 14 mins to reach Pero metro station. Pero metro has line M1 which is quite convenient because all the major attractions in central Milan are on line M1 and can be reached within 20 mins after boarding the metro. The hotel provides shuttle bus service to city centre in the morning and in the evening.

Amzing hotel for our 3 nights including breakfast 10 min walk to metro and we got a 3 day travel card There is also a shuttle bus to the metro at certain times so used that wen leaving Was clean room cleaned daily Would highly recommend if you want to be out of the city and don’t mind a 15 min metro and a short walk

Room was good Hotel was good Breakfast good But The staff not friendly all in check-in and check out They forget or don’t know how to smile!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel due to a persistent water issue that has led to a significant mosquito problem, which the management seems to be aware of. Despite this, they continue to allocate rooms on the side of the building heavily affected by the mosquito infestation. My partner and I were unable to sleep during our first night because we were constantly bitten, and we were informed that we couldn't switch rooms until the following morning. The next day, my partner's skin was severely irritated, with numerous bites causing swelling on her legs and arms. The subsequent nights were filled with discomfort and itching, which overshadowed our experience in Milan. We are now back in the UK and currently in the hospital, as both my partner and I have fallen ill due to the bites. It seems irresponsible for the hotel to continue offering rooms without addressing this issue or providing solutions like mosquito nets or repellent devices. They even suggested using a strong insect spray in our room, which would expose us to harmful chemicals while we slept, a solution that feels completely unreasonable. Be aware location is far from everything

Booked queen for couple bed but when we checkin its 3 single beds in room

Best location. Easy access to Milano Centrale train station and a lot of good restaurants.
