Very new and clean. Near to Okanagan beach and downtown restaurants and so. Good breakfast included in reasonable price. Thank you

Hotel room was well equipped. Bed and pillows were fantastic! Staff was friendly and accommodating - even the cleaners in the hallways. Breakfast was great with lots of options.

Our stay was wonderful, my family of 4 swam in the pool, enjoyed the hot tub, used the 24 hr gym, fabulous breakfast until 9:30am each morning, snacks coffee and tea 24 hours, very clean, great air conditioning with the smoke outside, close to everything, plenty of parking, fast check in and check out, we'll definitely be back!!!!

Great, clean hotel near beach, downtown and wineries. Breakfast ends rather early for those on vacation…9am?!?! It would have been nice if coffee, muffins and yogurt were still available until 10-11am.

I liked how they’re flexible and friendly with families! They made sure everyone was having a good time

They need to hire more staff at this property. They but a $750 incidental hold on my credit card. Then I was called and asked to stop by the front desk when I got back to the hotel, a $150 hold was then put on?? I was leaving in the morning! Then was told they needed to give us new room keys as they deactivated our other ones and my dog was in our room! I won’t be back to this place ever again.

On going Construction next door — Too bad they place visitors on the same side as this noise. Traffic is noisy, but compounded with the construction it wasn’t acceptable.
