The exterior and lobby of the hotel were quite rundown, with the lobby sofas appearing old and dirty. Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, but we only received our room around 3:30 pm after a long wait. Although the hotel offered refreshments during this time, it was still inconvenient. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom’s cleanliness was only average, particularly the walls, which needed better attention. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and the place was quite humid. The staff, however, provided excellent hospitality, being very polite and friendly.

Best hotel to stay near Pekanbaru mall. Also surrounding shops and street foods. I will definitely stay here again.

The room is alright, although a little old. The facilities are sufficient for a business hotel. However, the breakfast is a little bit disappointing due to salty (during my time of visit) but ambience for breakfast is good. The location of the hotel is also good for street food lovers.

The room I booked in advance felt a bit shabby on the way from the airport to the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, it was as if I saw a beam of light, and the environment was finally decent. The bathroom environment was very ordinary and old. However, the hotel's breakfast and swimming pool were highlights, which were still good.

The only five-star hotel nearby is still rather run-down, with relatively old facilities, average room hygiene, and many places with uncleaned dirt. Those who don't care about the details can stay here without worry.

T4 is strategic... the one that is a bit uncomfortable.. The parking can be far away (MP parking). The hotel is good with complete facilities. I just found it here. If men want to swim, they are not allowed to wear clothes🙃
