Quite friendly hotel not many amenities although clean lots of hot water and comfortable beds

There are 2 types of places in Mallorca - overrated (places that say they are more luxurious compared to their true rating) and underrated (places that exceed their rating). I am not sure why this place is rated as 1Star. The room is well presented, the shower is better than some 3Start hotels I stayed in, the quite area is great for your relaxation, there is free parking right across the hotel, the host is great and actually cares about your stay there. May be its underrated on purpose?

and linen - Great breakfast - Walking distance to the attractions & beach - and fabulous hosts! We did a last minute booking for 3 friends from London to get away from the miserable weather. We were skeptical at first as we read hostal as in English hostal.Howeevr it was definitely a hotel with lots of great touches. From our "late check-in" to our "late check-out" Patrik & Gunnar were incredibly accommodating - pardon the pun. Our beds were turned down daily by lovely Coco The housekeeper. Breakfast was included a continental style buffet with eggs made to order , coffee water and juice endless supply each morning. The Location is set back from the main roads so it was as quiet as we would like it with “gratis” parking in front of the hotel . A few minutes away and there’s a very tidy but bustling “high street” with all the cuisines and drinks your heart could desire and tourist shops , the beach was a bit beyond this making it perfect for visitors of all pallets x great place and will definitely come again. The hosts and location really make this a gem! thank you guys

Hotel perfetto per i viaggiatori, ottima posizione sia per raggiungere la spiaggia che la fermata dell’autobus. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.

Struttura al centro di peguera, 2 minuti e sei sul corso principale e in spiaggia, tranquillo per riposare. Camera un po’ vintage ma con tutti i confort, aria condizionata, frigo bar , cassaforte, cambio asciugamani, tv, wifi. Colazione semplice ma completa di tutto , frutta, yogurt latte e caffè cornetti e cose salate. Personale gentile e disponibile. A pochi passi c’è la fermata del bus per Palma e santa Ponca. Di fronte c’è parcheggio gratuito. Ogni stanza c’è tavolino e sedie esterne e stendi biancheria , manca solo phon. Se vuoi l’essenziale e ben fatto allora si! Vacanza splendida !
