Seven Hills Hotels and Resorts

"I recently stayed at the hotel in Lansdowne, and I must say it was a highly disappointing experience. The level of hygiene and cleanliness in this establishment was utterly unacceptable. The hotel rooms and restaurant were dirty, with no apparent efforts made to maintain basic cleanliness standards. The serving trays and dishes were visibly dirty, and the food laid out for the buffet was handled in an extremely unhygienic manner. Flies were also a constant nuisance. What made matters worse was the exorbitant price tag attached to this subpar hotel. Moreover, the manager's behavior was nothing short of rude. Instead of addressing our concerns and attempting to rectify the situation, we were told to check out as if our dissatisfaction was inconsequential. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value cleanliness, hygiene, and respectful customer service. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, and I would recommend exploring other options in Lansdowne to ensure a more pleasant stay."
