Hotelnya bagus, fasilitas lengkap, room juga cukup luas dan bersih, dekatbdengan airport. Sangat puas stay 1 malam disini.

The Ginger Hotel is conveniently situated near the domestic airport, albeit a bit distant from the international terminal. It is a commendable budget-friendly hotel with clean rooms and excellent overall service. The restaurant's food and beverages are reasonably priced.

It is a brand new hotel with very good location especially if you have transit flight and need to stop to rest. Sport bar with live music in the evenings very nice to relax after tough day

Good hotel

My check in date was 29th of September and check out date was 30th of September. The staff behaviour was awesome. I had breakfast and dinner both in my plan and there were so many options to choose from everything was amazing. Room beds are comfortable too with accurate space.

Good stay with pleasing ambience. Truly an affordable luxury. Clean and hygeinic rooms. Similig welcome with minimum time spent on check in & check out. Food that meets your palate and satisfies taste buds. Perfect place for a short stay around.

Extremely bad service!! Would not recommend this to anyone. The staff is pathetic, they don’t know how to manage guests. Poor check in process. They made us wait for 2 hrs to allot the room. Don’t waste your money here, prefer some other hotel instead.

Good rooms, smelly lobby toilet, poor cleanliness near entrance where welcome drinks are kept Good hotel, could be a GREAT hotel if these small things are handled. The buffet was very good and service too and staff good..and very helpful..

I was in the hotel for a week and the experience was really great. One of the best hotel with really professional staff. Specially Ananya and Rajendra from sports bar in the hotel. They made sure we have a good time and took care of everything for whole time. Would definitely recommend. And once again kudos to Ananya and Rajendra👍.

We recently hosted a business meeting in the SYNC room at GINGER Airport Hotel, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Mr. Yusuf, our host, was exceptional—courteous, accommodating, and highly professional throughout. The support from the business center staff and the F&B manager was outstanding, making everything run smoothly. The SYNC room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with the smart TV being especially helpful for our presentation. Overall, the experience was excellent, and our meeting was a success. We look forward to returning for future events.

The hotel staff are helpful and keep your room clean at all times. The bar is happening Ananya and Raj at the bar are super friendly and helpful they stood out distinctly from the other hotel staffs with their sense of hospitality and curtosy.
