Great staff and lovely small pool. Free coffee and tea area in reception. The pool bar closed no pool side service and the sun beds were uncomfortable. On the last day some cushions were put out. Poor location really unless you are willing to ride motorcycle taxis. A ten minute walk to Soi Buckaou can pickup BAHT buses or twenty minutes to the second road where the bus runs in both directions into central and north Pattaya and the other way into Jomtien. I found the beds uncomfortable but my friend thought they were great. Cleaners great and cleaned late if required . Would stay again if the deal was right but there are better hotels nearer the beach for not a great deal more. Recommended if you are on a tight budget

A lovely boutique hotel, cozy rooms with a balcony, excellent service and friendly and acomodating stuff and management. Situated in a quiet alley, minutes from the bustling area and nightlife. Highly recommended.

I am very satisfied with the villa I booked this time. The room has a wide view. The supporting facilities are very complete, and the stay is particularly pleasant. It is very suitable for traveling with children and family. It is really good!

i’m sorry for my late review. suddenly just miss thailand and login to my trip.com account, then saw i forgot to review this SUPER GOOD HOTEL 🥹🙏🏻 one of things that i miss from pattaya was this hotel, i never experiences hotel at lower prices as good as this hotel.. it was really satisfied and comfy, also the staff so friendly 🤍 if there’s a chance for me to go to pattaya again, i’ll come here again.. see u 🥰

Pros: Good breakfast Friendly staff Lovely pool area Large room Hotel grounds Efficient and easy check in and out Cons: Can be a little noisy at night due to location close to walking street Pool gets very busy and people reserve sun beds with towels but then don’t return until hours later Our room was not serviced until after 3.30 pm every day sometimes 4.30pm which we thought was too late

Beston is one cosy 3-4 stars hotel. It is conveniently located in South Pattaya where you can just easily walk to many well-known attractions like Walking Street, Ripley's, beach road and etc. It's a newly renovated hotel with proper & basic amenities such as swimming pool, pool bar, restaurant and so on. Rooms are not too small with good bathrooms and comfy bedding. Highly recommended if you like the accommodation like the Ibis type. Prices may be slightly high on the weekend, but overall, it's affordable and worthwhile in comparison to the same category of hotels.

Room has balcony. Room spacious. Clean. Aircon powerful. Shower hot water strong and comfortable. WiFi very very good. Swimming pool nice. Breakfast food average. Staff service EXCELLENT. would like to compliment these staff for their good service: Reception staff : Ms Proud Ms Wanvisa GSE staff : Ms Laddawan Breakfast staff : Ms Payearat Bellboy staff : Mr Anuwat (very good service) And I didn't get the manager name. He was on duty on 22 March 2025 around 428 pm around the reception area. His service was excellent. Of course there were many other staff with good service (e.g. housekeeping staff)

Overall is acceptable after compare with the price for room. The reception staff especially at night time is unfriendly. She just wants her job done and doesn’t even care the guest questions. The manager have to look into it. The room cleanliness and housekeeping are perfect and above expectation. Location is nearby the local market which you can walk 1 minutes to buy food

It's a modern local hotel chain but not my preference even at the economical price. There were a series of little problematic things that would prevent me from booking again. The property is behind the city electrical sub station and on a busy part time for South Pattaya road so easy to miss and a long way to turn around. There was some difficulty and delay checking in. The internet log in was a challenge and despite asking for help still had to figure out on my own. Despite being adjacent to the electrical sub station, they still lost power my last day, a huge explosion on the telephone pole as an insulator blew up, then several hours to repair, so I left early lugging my suitcase down 5 flights of stairs. So not for me.
