My favorite hotel in Pattaya. I stay at GLOW Pattaya every time I visit Sin City. The location is great, quiet, and within walking distance of the beach. The staff is great and the breakfast is a must-try…I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. The only downside is paying for breakfast for 2 people whereas the room is meant for 2 people…that’s incorrect. Online breakfast is for 2 people, but paying offline the same amount only covers 1 person. WHY IS THAT???

A very nice hotel at a cheap rate. I was so happy to stay here. It has all things you need, a mini bar, wifi, breakfast for purchase etc. I would definitely come here again. Thank you!

This is my second stay in this hotel. It takes about 5 minutes walk to it after getting off from Baht bus. In case the occupation rate is low, breakfast buffet is changed to simple a la carte. This is disappointing. Staffs are very efficient, helpful and friendly, especially the front office stay at the lobby. Rooms are clean. Swimming pool may likely be favor of children, One issue is the narrow road leading to the hotel. Likely most roads in Pattaya and Jomtien, the road are dark. Parents need to pay attention to children while walking to the hotel. The hotel is of high value for money.

Its a clean hotel. 20 mins walk from walking street and 25 mins walk from pattaya beach. They have shortage of staff to take your suitcase/bags to room. I called for locker/safe operator but no one came. Otherwise its a good option to stay. Swiming pool area was not crowdy.

Holiday Inn exceeded expectations. The room was immaculately clean, the bathroom was great, and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was well stocked. Car parking underneath the hotel was spacious and free of charge with an elevator directly up into the lobby. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is still undergoing renovations on their building 2 which they will put the guests once building 1 is full. The first night the room has no sound proofing or whatsoever that makes sleep deprivation even harder as I am a light sleeper. I requested to put me up on to their sister hotel which they refused and offered me to their building 1 it was better but can be much better. At night people fighting in the middle of the night on the property itself. My suggestion is to close the building instead of letting guest stay in a noisy and dusty place only solution providing ear plugs to lower the noise disturbance 🤦 Overall the service is good like the staff names Miss Beer and Miss Mind and the hotel manager miss Linda is good at customer service and are very welcoming 😀😀 To be honest I am a regular guest to this hotel chain for the past 8 years but they don’t treat their regular guest with good offers or Whatsoever whenever we message the managers or reservations team which got 2 weeks to reply me and I even tried calling on the number always never call me back!!! If this carry’s on and I will stop staying At Mind Group since the management is not very good treating its regular guest!!

Good location close to Tree Town but far enough from the noise. Room was nicely appointed if on the small side - they give you a luggage rack but there’s literally nowhere to place an open suitcase on it. Shower was good but would blast scalding hot water every 90 seconds or so. Bed was comfy with lots of pillows. Access ramp seems like it should start on the other side from the stairs

Siam@siam hotel is really nice for good location can seaview from the bed good test breakfast and 2 big swimming pools on top so nice, we got a lovely welcome back Cake this moment so freinly hotel

First of all, I would like to express my thank you to your Front desk team, they have service mind and alway smile even they are in the trouble circumstances with heavy check in, check out. The location is good itself as close to the beach and you can walk on the back of hotel to the Terminal 21, Tiffany show and a lot of massage shop with cheap prices. Unfortunately,as there are high demanded of cleaning service during the day. The house keeping team forgot to clean our room until we came back from outside around 17.45 PM. They might have some reason behind such as the manning are not enough for support the team or they use outsource housekeeping company that might have a communication breakdown. Therefore, overall is great and love to be back

Pros: nice spacious room; good variety of choices for breakfast; 24hour help desk and very responsive customer service; kids activities; complimentary snack service; kids play area; mobile app of the hotel was convenient Cons: location is quite far from beach but there is a free shuttle every hour to the beach but this bus does not go to Jomtien central area; quite a walk to convenient store or restaurant (used grab app for deliveries to solve this problem); the hotel has an event hall so weekend nights were quite noisy I would recommend this hotel to people who are traveling with kids and not planning on doing much sightseeing.
