This little cosy hotel located on the main road surrounded by many restaurants, mini marts, cafes and spa. It is also 15 minutes walking to Pattaya walking street and beach. Although the hotel may small and dated, it has all accommodations (except elevator) that guests need. Moreover, the receptionist was very...very nice. She kindly upgraded our room with no further charging. Our room is ample, neat and clean with 2 huge comfortable beds and "street view" to see how colorful Pattaya city is. Bathroom is also very clean. Every facilities in our room functioned properly. 699 bath/night (no breakfast) is very good value for our money (There was an extra key card deposit which will be refunded after checkout). Only negative thing was climbing the stairs with baggage (since, there is no elevator). Recommend !
