Ulasan A-One New Wing Hotel

Lokasi sangat strategis, kamar luas dan bersih, ada JBL Horizon di kamar untuk melihat jam dan connect bluetooth untuk mendengarkan spotify. Sarapan cukup pilihan, ada egg station, noodle station, porridge station, salad n fruit corner, main dishes, kopi dan teh juga jus. Jika mau ke walking street naik songthew/bath bus seharga 20B, pulang pun demikian, dekat dengan mall central marina dan runway street food untuk mencari makan. Ke Tiffany show dan Alcazar show tinggal jalan kaki. Kami tiba naik bus dari donmueang (dari morchit bus terminal sampai di pattaya bus terminal) naik bathbus 50B/pax sampai ke hotel A Oner (dianggap charter dan nego di dalam terminal)

staf pelayanan yang baik Kamar yang kami tempati berbau rokok. Pas diinformasikan langsung ganti kamar AC dingin banget, makanan variatif. Transportasi yang nyaman, dekat dengan pantai

Nice hotel not worth the money in my opinion. We were bif family there. In this hotel building not have swimming pool or kids area. The swimm8ng pool is in another building only. And one of them cost extra 100 thb for person. The kids area there is also in extta money 300thb for each kid + 150 for adults to be with them. The breakfast is also in the next hotel. The parking is free to hotel guests but not comfortable 5 min of walking from hotel and need to sogn the ticket in lobby every entery to parking. The maintencses is no so good. Totaly nice 3/4 starts hotel.

Nice hotel but rude guests that talks loudly and blast music through the corridor till 2am in the morning, good luck on getting any sleep especially with the poor soundproofing.

Front & room service was very nice. Facilities were inconvenienced cause of hotel renovation but the location is excellent.

Room size is big and have balcony as an added point. Near to beach, good location

The staff's good service and pleasant room were good. The gym had a lot of good equipment, so it was good to exercise. Unfortunately, the breakfast restaurant was in another building, which was inconvenient, but the food was delicious

Customer service is excellent. Room is clean and maid is so helpful. I am enjoying this stays this is more of family hotel now if you are looking for more space without young kids at the pool. You may check their chain hotels pool

Late night a loud voice from Chinese tourists shutting the door made us have a trouble. We could not sleep. The room door may be too thin.

Good value for money. I would like to mention a items for perhaps a better stay experience 1. However, during my stay 21-24/3/2025 I experienced a " foul odour" in the entire lobby from the glass door entrance to the Front Desk reception area. I thought perhaps it was a rare occurrence but After experiencing it twice in one day I informed the Front desk staff member suggesting it was " A drainage odour". I'm Not quite sure what they did for the odour but it definitely was smelling nicer in the lobby. It is a beautiful spacious lobby well lighted,beautiful deco etc but this odour did not do it justice. 2. Also, I would also suggest to the hotel owners to perhaps do a "deep clean on the sofa sets" located in the lobby area as there were many stains on almost every Seat. I say almost every seat because I walked around whilst waiting for my Grab car. 3. The "white aesthetic looking" hot & cold shower knobs in guest rooms were not easy to use As would anyone I adjusted to the water temperature I desired. However The knobs it seemed had a mind of its own Moving by itself Thus making it difficult to adjust to a proper temperature for the shower . I informed the front desk & the maintenance staff came properly to fix the situation. 4. The A-One New Wing looked like a decent sized hotel so it puzzled me to to why the swimming pool was located at the MOOD hotel across the street? 5. Kudos on the Breakfast Buffet selections that even included a HALAL option. On three days I had breakfast at the hotel. There were many guests. I am assuming it's because of the thailand school summer holidays and because it was a weekend as well.  with that number of guest, perhaps it would be a better idea to have more than two wonderful coffee machines which served specialty coffee.
