(+) Clean and tidy room, housekeeper and staff very kind, luscious green trees overlooking the hotel lobby. The food caters to all, a nice mixture of Thai and Western dishes loved by many. Well done to the chefs for preparing great foods. (-) As a lover of tea, a larger variety of teas would have been good and soy milk for lacoste intolerance. (+) Quiet rooftop, pool, and sunbathing area, great if you want some fresh air in the morning and go for a swim - pool open 8am-10pm. Nice detailing with potted flowers and antique-looking lampposts. (-) I would recommend re-painting the rooftop bar walls and adding some more decor to enhance the rest of the hotel's sophisticated feel. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you!

The facilities are well equipped and the service is good. The location is great here’s close to the beach. However, the power outlet in the room was not working and should be check.

Great short one day trip to pattaya well spent at this hotel. Although it’s near the Roong Reuang beach about 10 minutes walk from hotel, it is a little bit far from Pattaya beach. Near hotel, there are massage shops and coffee shops. You can swim at rooftop pool and chill too. Room is quite big and clean. Mirrors are huge and clear. Bathroom is quite nice. View from hotel is not that great but overall, the hotel provides things completely. Breakfast provides rice, curry, fruits, breads, coffee, juice so on. The food restaurant at ground level where we had breakfast is not well air conditioned and feeling warm inside.

Old hotel, the cleaning staff and some of the check in staff are very helpful.

They need to improve the cleanliness I stayed here before and everytime is the same some room has no dryer, the bathroom door need to change, the location is good surrounding with restaurants and 10 mins walk to the beach and pratamnak hill, service is good

This should not qualify to be a four star hotel by any means. Things broken, breakfast uninviting, the pastry seems days old, fake butter, instant coffee. Nice mattresses though but the double bed can mean two twin mattresses put together and unless you are really firm with them, they won't change the room. In the end they said they are giving us an upgrade but the only difference was the double mattress in one piece. Got worse view and moldy smell which was a downgrade. Wifi and TV ok. A/C and bathroom fan noisy. Pool saturated with chemicals, renovation long overdue, gym pathetic and smelly. Room has a moldy smell. No view. Quite a walk to the nearest tuktuk, and no shuttle offered by the hotel. Night market a five minute walk away. Same with convenient stores. Shower is fine, Sprayer broken, percolator won't shut off, light on the balcony dead. Deposit 1000 baht or they keep your passport.

Front Office: Standard Bell Boy: Service as standard Room : smelly when approach Management : poor of liaison with trip.com Location : Great ! Room: I made a reservation through Trip.com and specifically requested a king-size bed. However, upon arrival, I was given a twin bed without any prior notice. After entering the room, I called the front office to inform and explain the issue to the reception. Their response was that because my booking was made at the last minute, they couldn’t fulfill my request since king-size beds are always fully booked in such cases. Unfortunately, they couldn’t offer any solution, and I had to sleep on a small bed the entire night, which caused me back pain. This reflects poor management. Please review how the reception staff responds to customers and ensure proper room availability management.

The hotel was good - but I booked a double bed and two single bed together to make one double bed.

Room was sufficient and clean, staff very friendly Tip cleaner, they look after you better
