Ulasan LK Emerald Beach

The hotel is generally nice, with a good swimming pool and beach access. But overall it’s not the best value for money. The service and staff hospitality is not up to Thailand standards (and even other cheaper LK hotels).

We stayed a couple of nights and i can say that the overall experience was amazing. The breakfast was good and the location near terminal 21 and the beach makes it an excellent place to stay in Pattaya. The only downside is that the beach area is too rocky and not suitable for kids to swim.

Hotel at excellent location. Staff is utmost helpful and friendly. Absolutely worth the money to stay there.

Great place, amazing beach view from the rooftop, you can take a taxi everywhere and very close to a mall, the breakfast is one of the best I had.

Staffs are Friendly. Hotel location is not far from the center. Can see the sea view. Food and Services are good. Recommend to try Lunch and Dessert at Hotel.

This hotel was perfect for what I needed. It is in a quieter part of Pattaya coastline, and only 3km away from downtown. The pool and the beach were absolutely stunning. The staff were professional and helpful.

Came back to stay at this hotel for a second time and unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. The first room had a strong smell of urine in the bedroom, reception staff were helpful and moved us to another room which was fine until the aircon was in use and then there was a really bad smell, the aircon also made the whole room damp. Cleanliness of room was not as good as last time unfortunately. The hotel has what we thought was a friendly dog called Emma, when myself and my daughter arrived back at night the dog was sleeping by the door and went for us, my 10yr old daughter was completely traumatised and couldn’t sleep that night. The dog basically tried to bite us, not what you want when you arrive back at your hotel. Hotel staff are all lovely and welcoming but I won’t be returning again sorry.
