The staffs are great and helpful, nice atmosphere and decoration. However, I didn’t expect that the AC would not work at midnight (Sea View Villas), and we can’t sleep. So we called the front desk, then they send technician but he can’t fix it. The front desk told us to move to the new room and the room’s price was cheaper but ‘we would talk about that in the morning.’ (that what they said at that time) After we moved to the new room which was garden view villa, the AC was working. They all apologized. In the morning, the manager offered us a voucher 50% for the next booking and that’s all we got. I believe that all staffs tried to work hard but the maintenance was awful🥴, we didn’t impressed and very disappointed for this situation and the solution. *Not worth it comparing to the price that you spent, you better choose any other hotels.** There are varies better options to offer us to satisfy with this stay, but still not. They didn’t do the best. Hope your hotel doing better job please because the hotel design, complimentary, food and location are pretty cool.

All over was just okay. The concept is very good but the details of each points are not impressed. Only 1 thing we love from this hotel is breakfast! Absolutely fantastic breakfast. And if hotel could provide better amenities that are more detailed, it would be perfect!

Nice resort that is hidden away right next to the beach. Unfortunately the beach right at the resort is very dirty full of trash, and the service isn’t the friendliest.

Good breakfast !!! i love shrimp in TOM YUM GOONG. Nice view , privacy and cleanness. I hope recommend my friend and we need to come again soon.

I booked 2 Deluxe Room with Sea View for 2 nights at 5,500 THB/room/night. Location: This hotel is located in Naklua District. Hotel is private with beautiful design but the beach is very dirty. Hotel Facility: There are pool, small fitness, small library room full with many interesting books and green garden. Pool is beautiful but it's chlorine pool which is irritating to the skin which made us able to swim and relax in the pool only in a short time. Room: Room is beautiful with window bay view which made us able to take wide sea view but the view of the beach is very dirty. Breakfast is very excellence with many choices but it's the same menu for both day that I stayed there. Service is poor. Bellboy, reception frowned to guests and did not provide good service. But staff at the breakfast room is very nice and helpful. I though this hotel is not valuable enough comparing to the price.

I would like to recommend this hotel for who want to travel and stay in Pattaya. A room is very comfortable with full facilities. Swimming pool is big. This hotel is close to the beach. And their breakfast is great.

Recommend for breakfast so amazing a lot of prawn i take and other also cool and fascinating room is quiet good but some room also just renovate and high humidity in room but overall is pretty good

Thank for prepare the room for our anniversary We stay at 3rd floor in deluxe beach front room. Anyway we cannot rest at a balcony because of it is seem allow smoking Nice place , quite and privacy
