The facilities are good. The swimming pool is nice for family and kids. The hotel is beautiful and big clean room. The breakfast is good and various menu selection. The swimmimg pool is great. The spa is also nice and not expensive.

I and my family had the pleasure of staying at kastel pattaya hotel for a brief one night stay. but we truly wish it could have been longer. We had a nice room, very clean and a soft mattress. The staff were super friendly and smiling. The breakfast buffet was great. The swimming pool was the best!

Nice and new hotel. Staff are friendly. Location is a bit out of the center of pattaya, however it is free parking. So it is nice to rent a motor bike and go around the city.

Location is really great and convenient. 7-11 is right across the street from it. The hotel is new. The bedroom is very clean. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant on my first day of arriving and the food was amazing and delicious. Loved swimming in the big and beautiful pool. Another pool for smaller children is next to it. They have a shuttle bus too if you need to go somewhere. We highly recommend this new hotel and give it a big thumb up.

Very clean and excellent place to stay in Pattaya. It is new and value to what we paid.

Good location

房間特別的大，乾淨，房間面朝小巷，晚上睡覺基本聽不到聲音。游泳池很大很有特色，很滿意性價比高。唯一要吐槽的是酒店的位置不太好，在比較深的巷子裏，半天打不到車，走10分鐘到主馬路上才有雙條車

本來還擔心評論説有臭味 入住了完全沒有臭味的 酒店是新裝修的所以都還比較乾淨 工作人員服務都特別好 我們在大堂吃外賣前台還會給我們送過來紙巾 樓下有健身房和按摩店 按摩還比較便宜四五百泰銖一小時這樣 附近一兩百米有711 一兩公里遠有benhouse船麪還有榴蓮市場 沒有想象中偏 離sky gallery特別近 去那邊吃飯特別方便 非常推薦！

Отель красивый и ухожен. Великолепный чистый бассейн . Очень внимательный ресепшен. Уютно , тихо и спокойно . Замечательный ресторан с очень вкусной кухней !!! Из минусов за 10 дней пребывания ни разу не сменили постельное белье ! Выдается мало полотенец ( одно большое и одно совсем крохотное ) расположение не очень удобное .

酒店位置還是有點偏。每次出去都要打grab。 酒店到汽車車站30分鐘左右grab費用150泰銖。 上傳一張車站到曼谷機場的班車表 是新酒店，房間環境不錯， 但是，但是，衞生間真的很臭，換了好幾個房間 ，都是狠臭…下水道的味道會通過衞生間的門縫跑到卧室裏。 如果你出去玩一天，再回房間，你會聞到整個房間都是超級臭的下水道味道… 半夜會被下水道的味道臭醒 臭的根本睡不着 哎，有選擇的話，還是不要住這個酒店了 特別影響心情

千萬不要住！！！離海灘太遠了，打車都要十五分鐘+，每次車費都要小100朱，住了就別想出去玩了，周圍環境是當地居民，根本不敢走出去。 酒店本身還行，除了過道沒有空調

可能是新酒店，所以沒有太多旅客！整體上是不錯，唯一缺點是隔音不太好，晚上聽到隔籬房間的聲音。

早餐不錯，行李送到房間，房間也挺乾淨的，一個雙人床一個單人床，離芭提雅碼頭也近，去格蘭島方便。泳池也乾淨，兩個前台人都挺好的，凌晨五點到也有前台協助辦理入住，下次來芭提雅還住這家。
