Well.. front desk sometimes not greeting guess even i greeted they are not greeting me back no reaction 😆.. lobby.. is lack of guess couches for us if needed.to wait for our family we need to stand long in the lobby.. only two chair can u imagine that?. ang daming bawal sa hotel that u cannot enjoy ur stay well.. amenities.. microwave is defective.. some lights not working.. 7/10 score but still good.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were nice and very accommodating to our request. Whole check in and check out process was a breeze. The hotel itself is just in front of Podium and 3-5mins walk to SM Megamall so everything was accessible. The hotel even gave us a treat, a delicious slice of cheesecake because we’re celebrating our monthsary. My partner and I appreciate that kind gesture.

Over-all, we had a great experience. The facilities, services and the location was great. This place is also close to my heart and would love to come back soon.

It has everything one needs. The best part is the size of the rooms and equipment. If you are planning for a long term stay, this is the place for you to stay. The staff is amazing and will help whenever possible to make sure your can enjoy your stay.

This is not a hotel for relaxation. I tried to check in at 2.30pm but didn't get a room til 8.30pm. First room Was filthy. Second room is right next to a bldg its so claustrophobic it triggered my ticks. Third room is so noisy it has a humming sound which for someone with autism was a torture and caused me to vomit as its like drilling my brain. Fourth room is again right next to a building. Finally found a suitable room at 8.30 pm. Caused me half an hour of my 2 hours massage. I never had the chance to relax that day. The next day I tried to have a bath...however, the have a very small water tank that is not enough to fill the bath. It took me two hours to fill the bath as I had to wait for the water in the tank to heat - which took half an hour. The only good thing is MIKIE. She's such a lovely girl who was extremely patient and understanding. However, her loveliness can't hide the fact that the hotel is just so RUNDOWN AND DATED. The bathroom smell of sewage. THE ENTIRE HOTEL NEEDS GUTTING AND UPGRADING. THE OWNER SEEMS NOTNINVESTING THE MONEY ITS GETTING. When MIKIE told me she hopes I come back again on my next visit I honestly told her its not for me. I STAY IN HOTELS TO RELAX. IT WAS THE MOST STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE FOR ME AS A DISABLED PERSON WITH AUTISM. A TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY!!!!

Self parking is terrible. the basement parking is intended only for small cars

Check-in was a bit of a hassle because the front desk attendants did not seem very happy to welcome us at the hotel. One of my coworkers was already checked in at our suite but the front desk attendants were for some reason unable to “locate” our booking. It was weird. So that took some time. The rooms are obviously dated but very spacious. Internet was not very stable and fast.
