Meskipun terletak di gang, ada banyak restoran murah di dekatnya, dan itu bagus.
Mal SM dekat dan Museum Maritim juga dekat.

Worsts of the worsts experience every with one Terence residence. Highly recommend don’t book if you have options. There are some points why:
1. No front desk 24/7 hours.
2. All the staff are ladies and no elevator, so you need to carry your luggage until 2nd or 3rd floor.
3. No matter how earlier you inform them but once you reach they will say we need to confirm your booking and take 15 to 20 minutes even you have confirmation email.
4. After room hand over successfully, they have complained that you cancelled your booking but there is no any free cancellation.
5 Without any reason bothered customer because they don’t want to understand.
Overall not happy with one terence residence.
I really really appreciate and respect of trip team who unconditionally support me on the fantastic way and give me compensation.
I am so happy with trip team support instantly even i had flight in midnight. Trip team understood my situation and priority of my flight departure and accordingly they took necessary action immediately.
Thanks Trip support team, keep support other customers on the same way.

NO ACCOUNTABILITY.
No working contact numbers!
Definitely not a place to book if you’re travelling with family, kids. For solo/couple travellers who are not fussy, this location mag be suitable.
So we had a last minute (early morning) booking as our flight was cancelled.
We booked last 12mn, aiming to check-in after 12mn and to check-out by 12pm of the same day. All hotels nearby were fully booked due to flights being cancelled.
We tried to call the hotel prior to booking but the numbers posted were uncontactable.
We arrived at the hotel past 1AM, nobody was there at the entrance.
We pressed the door bell a few times, the taxi driver even helped to call out, knock on the gate, but no one came to answer the door.
And there were dogs barking, bystanders. With 3 kids, all tired, and phone battery depleting, we decided to look for another hotel. And the taxi driver helped to contact a hotel for us and brough us there directly.
Now I wanted to cancel my booking, but the hotel rejected as they claim they waited for us until 2AM. I tried to search for their number, and facebook page. The numbers posted were all not working! I managed to contact them through Messenger call, the only wah they are contactable— to my surprise.
The caretaker was so sorry that she may not have heard the door bell, and said she slept around 2AM. I reiterated that we were there around 1:15-1:20AN calling at the gate.
I asked if they have CCTV, she said their camera cannot do a replay.
And theh are adamant that as per their hotel policy, they are not able to do a refund since they waited for us to arrive.
So they waited for us, but we were there even before she slept.
No accountability even if they admitted that they may not have heard the door bell!
