Okelah fasilitasnya enak, pelayanan oke bangetssss, sekitaran jug aoke

Saya menginap di Heritage Hotel nyaman dan menyenangkan, dengan kamar yang terawat baik dan staf yang ramah. Namun, saya kecewa karena pihak hotel tidak mengirimkan sebotol air yang kami pesan. Ini adalah kesalahan kecil dalam pengalaman yang menyenangkan.

Hotel terburuk yang pernah saya tinggali, tidak ada barnya. Prasarana ruangan sangat buruk, compang-camping dan seprai tidak dicuci. Tidak ada pelayanan sama sekali dan keran air rusak. Saya telpon front desk 4 kali dan butuh waktu hampir 40 menit baru ada yang datang. Sarapannya bahkan lebih sulit untuk digambarkan. Itu adalah tempat seukuran telapak tangan tanpa apa-apa. Kue itu sebenarnya terbuat dari tepung dan sangat besar dan tidak enak.

Good services excellent, but breakfast is not that good as before that we have many choices for filipino foods. Not only dried fish.

Stayed for 3 nights, and overall, it was an excellent experience! Friendly and helpful staff*: The staff were always willing to assist with any queries or requests... Especial mention to miss tess, miss geraldine and miss ariane.

Nice hotel with Affordable price . There is poker casino games at ground floor . Good service . Front desk and restaurant offers great services . And they provide van service for San Fernando La Union too.

Everything is ok as ive been here 2nd time now .. wha bi like here is the location ..with easy access on foods.. groceries.. everything coz its in baclaran.. and with free transpo servive also to MOA. Casino and live band is what i also like here..

Staff are friendly. Although it’s quite old it’s clean and simple. My niece and nephew love it. Very accessible to the mall and church and fast food and restaurants😊

We are very satisfied.. we felt home. This is our 3rd time already.. Junior Suite and Executive King suite are phenomenal. We are USA military family, and we lived and traveled around the world . When we say it feels home, it means a lot to us.. We felt home every time we visited this hotel. Home is where the heart is... Thank you again...Job well done.. Excellent customer service. We will come back again..

pool (looks like) only for children😬 space wise not so appealing to adults😬 should've got the spaces on the third (I think) to be an outdoor pool facing the road. overall it's nice

Very nice,so clean.the breakfast buffet is so good,it's worth it.but the shower room is no bidet and they have locking water from the ceiling,but all is good.i want to stay again.thank you..
