Ulasan Kabayan Hotel Pasay

Untuk hotel bintang 3 dengan budget hotel, pelayanan cukup baik. Cuman kurang petigas resepsionis yang melayani saat malam. Lokasi di pinggir jalan besar jadi akses baik.

Pintu masuknya tampak megah. Lokasinya bagus, hanya untuk transit ke bandara. Letaknya di daerah kumuh Manila. Saat check in, mereka ingin menaikkan kelas kamar kami dari kamar yang dipesan ke bagian hotel yang baru, tetapi kamar berita tidak memiliki kulkas. Jadi, kami menginap di bagian yang lama. Kamar tampak bagus sampai kami masuk ke kamar. Sakelar lampu dan AC-nya kotor, pancurannya berjamur. Kulkasnya tidak terpasang. Perabotannya mengelupas, kertas dindingnya sobek kecil. TV kabelnya terbatas dan gambarnya jelek, penuh salju. Pancuran airnya berjamur di garis nat dan semuanya kuno. Ada air panas dan tempat tidurnya nyaman. AC-nya berfungsi, tetapi jendelanya berbentuk persegi tua dan berisik Mereka tidak memiliki mesin es, jadi jika saya ingin minum beberapa koktail sebelum makan malam, saya harus pergi ke ruang makan untuk mengambil ember kecil. Kami sangat kecewa dengan sarapannya. Kami mengharapkan prasmanan dan diberi menu dengan 4 pilihan. Anda bisa memesan nasi atau roti putih, satu butir telur, dan pilihan daging atau babi. Kami memesan daging babi dan rasanya biasa saja. Jika Anda ingin sepiring kecil semangka, Anda harus membayar tambahan 80 peso. Tidak ada bar atau lounge. Tidak pernah melihat kolam renang. Mereka membantu mengatur taksi ke bandara. Orang-orang yang bekerja di hotel ini sangat sopan dan membantu. Makan malamnya semuanya makanan Filipina dan sebagian besar enak. Saya merekomendasikan ceveche dan cumi-cumi sebagai makanan pembuka. Saya tidak merekomendasikan daging sapi Kari Kari kecuali Anda suka lemak sapi dengan saus kacang. Saya sangat kecewa dengan hidangan ini.

This hotel is really amazing . Clean and easy access to everything . We stayed here for a week ..people amd staff are so nice .

HONEST REVIEW - A Very Satisfying First Hotel Experience Honestly, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I’ve read some reviews mentioning that the building is a bit old and could use some renovations, and I can agree with that to some extent. However, it’s definitely not to the point where I felt the building was unsafe or uncomfortable. One small suggestion for improvement would be to vacuum the hallways more often, as the carpets could use a little attention. As for the room, it was just as shown in the photos! I booked a Superior Room and a Standard Twin Room for my family. FOR THE STANDARD TWIN ROOM, my advice would be that if you’re just two people, it might be better to book a room with one large bed. Even though the room has two beds, only the double bed comes with blankets and pillows. I was really impressed with how responsive and helpful the staff was. I had an issue with the shower, and although I had to call twice, the engineer arrived quickly both times and fixed the problem without any delays. Now, the air conditioning – since the room is a bit older, it took a little time for the aircon to cool the room, but once it did, it was wonderfully cold, which made for a very comfortable stay. I’m so happy to give my experience a solid 9/10. The room was clean, the air conditioning was perfect once it kicked in, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. Plus, the room smelled fresh and inviting, which was a nice touch. I’d also like to mention the security guards—they were not only kind and friendly, but also very informative and helpful throughout our stay. It gave us peace of mind knowing they were looking out for us. AS FOR THE SUPERIOR ROOM that I booked for my family, I have nothing but praise for it—10/10! It was spacious, the air conditioning was cold, and the room smelled great. We were all very happy with our stay. And just like their tagline suggests, their hotel is indeed accessible to all (LRT & MRT's a building away). I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. I will definitely book here again if I visit Manila in the future.

Mmm food is food.i like the romm.just my problem is the TV.movies is difficult to play .it's loading .I need to switch to TV.but in all I like kabayan very much.And booked again someday in my future travel .

Location wise is pretty good 10-15mins by grab going to MOA shopping area. And most important closer to the airport..Staff are friendly and accommodating, Only downturn the breakfast not much variety especially for those who don’t eat rice for breakfast , It would be great if there’s cereal,

It was great,the hotel staff are friendly and accommodating.The hotel was clean the restaurant served a delicious meal.I was in a 15hrs travel and good thing I booked this hotel at trip.com it was highly recommended.

I highly recommended this hotel to my friends and co-financial advisors! Absolutely amazing services at reasonable accommodation. I felt relaxed and safe especially there was a Bible in the room. I’m glad I booked with Trip.com because it’s way cheaper using the app than actual booking in hotels. Thank you trip.com and Kabayan hotel!

I booked an overnight stay via Trip.com in a Standard twin room with my sister. After a day of exploring Manila, we returned to the hotel around 11 PM, expecting our beds to be ready. Unfortunately, my sister's bed did not have a pillow or blanket. Perhaps this was because I didn't call their attention earlier. On the positive side, the food was good and the service was great. However, the check-in process took a while as there were only two receptionists and a long line of guests waiting to check in. Overall, my stay was nice.

Needs improvement when it comes to amenities but you have an excellent hospitatilty

The hotel is clean and adequate but they have serious issues with checkout. It’s supposed to be close to the airport and is, but it will take you at least 30 minutes to check out of the hotel. Also they are pushy about smoking and guests even though I don’t smoke and had no guests. Apparently they go through your rubbish looking for signs of smoking. 😂 Avoid this place. No bible for me, thanks though 😉

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. The room was clean and organized. Accessible hotel location.

The bathroom is not good, the bowl is moving and the drainage system needs a maintenance

A very strategic place to stay in manila. Both LRT and MRT works well in reaching most tourist attractions. Spacious well lighted rooms with the touch of filipino tastes and artistry. All the staffs were absolutely polite and helpful. The only weak part is on their options in terms of breakfast selections which focuses more on filipino sides. You have to consider that it is not intended for filipino guests but also with other nationalities ( europeans ect). If u offer a continental breakfast which is more simple and light. Costs effective but the same price. Kabayan hotel is extremely and highly recommended with a flying AAA+++
