Kami menginap di sana sangat mengecewakan, selain unitnya sangat berdebu dan lantainya kotor sehingga saya harus membersihkannya. Tidak ideal untuk ini yang memiliki anak dan saya tidak menyukai layanan pelanggan Anda. Terlalu merepotkan untuk menggunakan fasilitasnya. tidak disebutkan di trip.com bahwa kolam renang dikenakan biaya per penggunaan. Kami disuruh menunggu lama hanya untuk tiket dan diberitahu bahwa kolam renangnya dekat padahal tidak dan juga penjaga dan petugas kolam renangnya sangat kasar. Ini adalah pertama kalinya saya mengalami hal seperti ini dengan semua orang yang kami temui. Penjaga dan petugas kolam renang tidak sopan.

Good place. Prime location. The bathroom has a certain smell. But all in all, the place is worth the money paid for. Thank you.

It’s a good place for a couple to spend the holiday and the place is clean. The condo unit is in SMDC building.Security of the building was perfect. Alpha market is just downstairs and it’s open 24H, there is a Chinese restaurant downstairs. View from the balcony was superb I was able to watch the sunset from the condo unit. (Condo unit photos were taken right before I depart to the airport at the)

We really enjoyed the place and the service was excellent. We hope that we can book again to your unit. If you're looking for a budget friendly hotel with your friends or family, then this is a perfect match for you.

I really enjoy the place. It's kinda not that good when we still need to pay for the pool but overall I and my partner are very satisfied with the place. Please replace or better take it out the oven. The smell when I open it is something that we should be scared of, the smell of burnt appliances.

It's a nice condo, just like a house. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Maybe next time, please provide all the amenities for 4 persons as indicated.

Very mahigpit ang owner we booked 2 separate rooms. Our room consist of 2 adults and 2 kids but we still charged 500 for 1 kid very disappointing. Also the pool charge is not firendly 😞

As a family we just wanted something more homelike than staying in a hotel and we got it from Gemstone thanks very much

Stayed 2 days. Nothing fancy. Didn’t get to use the swimming pool and gym is mediocre. Its what your moneys worth. -Lliam

I booked the room twice. It's a beautiful place to stay with. Great location, friendly staff and clean room.
