The property was very clean. The host also provided us detailed guidance from check in to check out. Owner is very accommodating and the location of the property is very accessible with nice and friendly staff. Since the property is located in the 18th floor, the view of the City is also amazing. Definitely will book again here when we go back to Manila.

I will definitely come back. The amenities are superb with huge and long pool. The room is new and very clean with internet and netflix. The lobby and security are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the place.

Over all the room is very clean and fits for 4 pax . One thing not okay is no filipino cuisine in nearby areas . You need to go to moa to eat some filipino foods or use a food panda. Very clean and cozy hotel.

Worst experience of my life in a hotel. I booked this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The first day stay is excellent. No problems at all. Service is good. The second day until check out is the worst. The aircon cooling on the second day was starting to get hot. We went out of the hotel in the afternoon and came back at night. To our surprise, the aircon suddenly is not working. It has an error message of FO. I’m not technical but in simple explanation, it needs to be fixed by a technician. Since we came back at night, I tried to contact the caretaker of this place but I understand he/she couldn’t respond anymore because it was already night time. The only thing I did was to open the windows because there was no ventilation anymore inside. It was still hot and we were all covered in sweat. I also couldn’t sleep that whole night since every 30 minutes an airplane passes by and it is very loud since we opened our windows. I’m very disappointed because this was supposed to be my last night stay here in Pasay before I go home. Now I’m about to go home with no sleep at all.

Good location. It’s convenient to go to Mall of Asia.There are many stores and restaurants around this buildings.The room decoration is good.The bed is soft and quality. You can get what you paid for.I will recommend to others.

Booked 2 days before arrival and got confirmation, I had sent all the requirements requested to expedite and smooth check in , according to the email I received all is set and I just need to show the email to the reception lobby but it’s the guard of n duty says I need to call the person who is charge in the booking but sadly don’t have the internet connection since my phone is not a local phone. Then there’sa woman sitting in the lobby and ash her to call the number written in my booking confirmation and I will pay her for any call charges it will cost. I had talked to the tenant and promised to send the PMO in a few minutes. Got this PMO and show to the reception guard on duty, then He said it’s now okay so we registered on the log book show us our ID’s then we go upstairs to the room we booked but it’s a mistake again because it’s not that room! There’s a little note on the paper we received that the reception guard didn’t noticed or checked that it is not in Tower 2 BUT it’s in Tower 3! It’s very inconvenient for us with our heavy luggage and we are so tired already. Nobody will assist you either! If it’s your first time to book and you don’t know the place. It is not recommandable to stay in this condominium. It’s too small for 3 people too.

The place is clean and nice. The area is filled with different restaurants and 24 hours convenient stores

It’s very clean and smells good. When it come to amenities, basic amenities are provided(towel, brush, shampoo and soap) And the facilities 💕, everything you need, are all provided.

I really like the place It has washing machine inside, blower, rice cooker, heater, refrigerator, hot and cold shower, you can able to cook here with complete amenities. The aircon was good. the wifi was excellent. It has pool outside. Walking distance to SMOA. It has many stores outside. My only problem was that the blower has no adaptor I cannot able to plug in on the outlet unless I bring mine.😂
