1. Unclean room (under the bed) 2. WiFi is for 2 limited users only - we are 4. There is no internet connection/sluggish 3. Elevator is for luggages only! 4. Television has no signal. 5. Water heater is broken. 6. They gave complimentary breakfast just for 2, we are 4. 2 sachet instant coffee and 2 biscuits. 7. Transpo going to airport has no AC, just fan. The only thing good here is the location as it is near NAIA Terminal 1.

The rooms were comfortable feels like sleeping at home

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay within 10 minutes drive to airport. Read reviews for several days, some negative, but most were positive. If you want an expensive hotel please go to downtown area? This place is great for short layover close to airport. I would gladly stay again!

The location is close to Terminal 1 but it is a bit inside a barangay, but it is fine. They have elevator for your luggages. They have complementary 1 airport shuttle. AC is slow but there is fan, we just stayed for few hours anyway to catch some sleep. But i felt itchy with the bed, maybe bed bugs?? I hope they clean their beds more intensively. Otherwise it is a good place to stay if u have ＜24hrs layover.

Na enjoy ko yung heater nila, at subrang lamig ng aircon will blend sa di mahilig sa malamig, good customer service at very ok yung place subrang lapit sa terminal 1 (which is my advantages) 5mins away lang sa airport na pinuntahan ko. Recommend at budget friendly siya goods for anyone na gustong malapit lang sa airport (terminal) para less hassle sa traffic.

Nice place to spend time before or after the flight. Very fast booking even just upon arrival. The cheapest transfer price to/from airport. Fast pickup from airport. Highly recommend if you travel via naiia t1

I was transiting at Manila, so I booked Alice Apartment. It was nice and clean. The customer service is great.

The hotel staff is very friendly. It's not enough as a hotel for a rest, but I'm satisfied with the price for a business trip or a short stay. Especially, the attitude of the employees is very good.
