TTamuMy mother and I were in town for medical appointments. The hotel was convenient to Hwy 75, Sam Rayburn Expressway and North Central Expressway. The room was exceptionally clean. The sitting area plus the bed was a great combo. The tv was huge and was turnable from couch to bed. The bathroom had what we consider a walk-in shower. The breakfast was the best of any hotel we have ever stayed.

Lloganm818This hotel is severely overrated online. We chose it bc it was the same price as other hotels, but with a 4.5 rating. Really, it is closer to a 3.5, so take that into consideration when booking.
Room was clean, but the bathroom stank like fake cleaning product, as did the elevator. Located in Central Frisco, but South Frisco is where everything important is. Staff was courteous. Shower lost hot water for a bit. Breakfast was good.

TTamuYou'd think Aloft Plano is just this random out of the way hotel, but it's THE COOLEST design, you'd have to hit up Amsterdam to get a crazier funkier feel. The streaming options on the TV are legendary, pretty much everything is available, and the 24/7 snack bar with endless fridges full of a different drink options make this a solid base for doing pretty much anything. Before staying here I was over at an Embassy Suites (ew!) and the contrast just showed me how far Marriott's Aloft brand is in the game and specifically, the staff at this Aloft are really legit. This is my new base when I'm in Dallas. Thank you for being so awesome!

TTamuAll the bath essentials were empty when getting in there. The beds were a bit hard. Pillows were
Mediocre and end up being hard after an hour of laying on them. Shower/tub had a little
Mold around the edges. No free coffee available downstairs like they use to have. Service was very friendly. Pool looked a bit dirty. The price is not worth the stay. I’ve stayed in way nicer places for
A lot less. Mediocre hotel for me. I should have just picked the one down the road that was nicer stay at quality inn for half the price. I thought hiltons were supposed to be to be way better than this for this price.

TTamuThe hotel is well-located and convenient for long stays. However, the housekeeping service is quite minimal, offering only a “refresh service,” which primarily involves changing towels. For a full cleaning service, guests must request it in advance at no additional cost through reception. Despite this, the staff is very friendly, and the hotel itself is comfortable and well-maintained.

TTamuIt was ok for the price. The location is perfect for my needs. I was drawn to the size of the hotel. It offered a free breakfast and convenient parking. A few things were of concern. First, the faucet in the bathroom sink didn’t have the little screen on it. Everytime you use it, the water splashes everywhere. If there’s trash coming down the pipe, it’ll just come out.
There was no guide to the tv and the picture wasn’t clear. Luckily I had an iPad with me.
One thing I’ve noticed at other hotels is that they have clocks with USB-C plugs. That’s a great feature.
Other than those suggestions, it was nice. The staff was accommodating and helpful.
