An Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service at Starhotels Hello, I’m a traveler from Korea who recently stayed at Starhotels during a family trip to Italy. Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home. This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date. After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel. It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for. As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise. Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can. Lokasinya sangat strategis, tepat di sebelah Stasiun Termini. Ada banyak restoran di dekatnya, dan karena dekat dengan stasiun, Anda juga bisa mengunjungi toko-toko di dalamnya. Saya menginap di kamar ganda kecil untuk satu orang, dan cukup luas untuk satu orang. Kamarnya sangat bersih dan ber***a, dan tempat tidurnya besar dan nyaman. Meja kerjanya juga luas, sehingga memudahkan saya bekerja di komputer. Wi-Fi-nya juga lancar. Sarapannya, yang sudah termasuk dalam tarif, ternyata sangat berlimpah, dengan beragam pilihan roti, keju, potongan daging dingin (termasuk prosciutto), bacon, sayuran kukus, sereal, salad, yogurt, buah, kue kering Denmark, dan banyak lagi. Semua staf resepsionis sangat ramah, dan waktu check-in mereka yang fleksibel sangat membantu.

Sangat cocok untuk perjalanan bisnis atau liburan. Secara keseluruhan, sangat hemat biaya di antara hotel-hotel di Roma. Kamarnya luas dan memiliki balkon independen di dekatnya memenuhi pembelian dasar; ada supermarket, kafe, dan toko rokok dalam jarak 600-800m berjalan kaki. Dua kelemahan yang perlu diperhatikan: 1. Ada banyak tur grup di hotel, dan akan sangat ramai jika Anda check-in setelah jam 4 sore. Pada saat yang sama, terlalu banyak turis berkelompok menyebabkan pengalaman sarapan yang buruk; 2. Tidak ada stasiun kereta bawah tanah atau bus di dekat hotel, dan jarak berjalan kaki lebih dari 1 km -10km dari kota Relatif nyaman untuk naik taksi, dengan biaya sekitar 22-30 euro. Mengingat tingkat keseluruhan hotel dan harga di Roma, sangat direkomendasikan.

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus, dibutuhkan sekitar 5 menit berjalan kaki ke Roma Termini, stasiun kereta pusat. Anda tidak perlu menyeret barang bawaan Anda terlalu lama menyebabkan gulungan bagasi putus sewaktu-waktu. Kamarnya bersih, dekorasinya agak ketinggalan jaman, tapi secara keseluruhan saya puas. Sarapan di hotel adalah yang terkaya sepanjang perjalanan. Selain itu, buah-buahan dan sayuran Italia, seperti paprika hijau, paprika merah, dan tomat, tidak memerlukan cara memasak yang rumit, dan rasanya sudah sangat lezat. Terakhir, pajak kota untuk menginap di hotel di Roma telah meningkat dari 4,5 euro menjadi 6 euro per orang per malam, untuk kami berdua, kami harus membayar 36 euro untuk menginap tiga malam, yang merupakan yang termahal di antara kota-kota.

Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

We stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either. The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it. The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.
