TTamuI recently enjoyed one of my best vacations ever at Piazza di Spagna 9 Luxury Suites in Rome. From the moment I booked, the team reached out via WhatsApp to offer help with transfers or tours — thoughtful and attentive without being pushy. I immediately felt like a valued guest.
The suites sit on the third floor of a charming historic building right next to the Spanish Steps. Despite the unbeatable location, it’s remarkably quiet and relaxing. The concierge service is top-notch — when I was running late for my Pantheon visit, staff quickly arranged to collect my luggage so my husband and I could head out stress-free.
Their restaurant recommendations were another highlight. We tried four places from their curated list, each superb and fairly priced, letting us experience authentic local dining away from tourist traps. The team even handled all our reservations.
The reception area feels more like an art gallery, with stylish décor and vibrant paintings. Guests can relax in the cozy living or dining areas — a lovely touch. Our suite faced the piazza and was filled with natural light, offering a perfect view of visitors strolling by the Spanish Steps.
Being steps away from Via Condotti’s luxury boutiques adds to the convenience. Special thanks to Franco, the owner, for his wonderful restaurant suggestions, and to Gianmarco whose friendly help made our stay extra smooth.
The genuine hospitality and personal attention here truly stand out. It’s not just about luxury — it’s about feeling welcome and cared for. I’ll definitely stay at Piazza di Spagna 9 again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

TTamuWe were very pleased with the hotel and stayed there at both the beginning and end of our trip to Italy. We rented a car at the airport and parked it right in front of the hotel's door in a private courtyard. That was very convenient. I believe they charged us about 35 Euros each night for that perk. The hotel was luxurious, and the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. They had someone carry our bags to and from our room during check-in and check-out. Everything in the large room worked; it was clean, and there was a safe to store your valuables.
As Americans, a few reminders or unexpected things to note. You'll need a power adapter (easily purchased on Amazon) and, unless you bring a voltage converter, make sure any appliances (CPAP, travel steamer/iron, etc) are compatible with both 110V and 220/230V. We didn't find washcloths in any of the hotels in Italy, so we just used hand towels in the shower. The shower at this hotel (both rooms) was a bath/shower combination. There was no shower curtain or door, only a small partition near the removable shower head to keep the water from splashing everywhere, which it basically did. While it is a beautiful historic building, there are a couple of elevators at this hotel, so you don't need to lug your stuff up a bunch of stairs.
The room key is enormous and they only give you one. We kept ours in the car whenever we left the hotel so we wouldn't carry it around. Even though we had a car, we found it more convenient to leave it at the hotel and take an Uber to Vatican City rather than walk more than a mile each way, which we also did twice. The area surrounding the hotel was historic and lots of fun. Plenty of places to shop and eat. The breakfast buffet at the hotel each morning was also superb. Plenty of hot and cold items to fill you up before trekking out.
That's about it. Don't forget to check out the view from the rooftop at the hotel. Have a great time in Rome!

LLukepapaLokasinya sangat strategis, tepat di sebelah Stasiun Termini. Ada banyak restoran di dekatnya, dan karena dekat dengan stasiun, Anda juga bisa mengunjungi toko-toko di dalamnya. Saya menginap di kamar ganda kecil untuk satu orang, dan cukup luas untuk satu orang. Kamarnya sangat bersih dan ber***a, dan tempat tidurnya besar dan nyaman. Meja kerjanya juga luas, sehingga memudahkan saya bekerja di komputer. Wi-Fi-nya juga lancar. Sarapannya, yang sudah termasuk dalam tarif, ternyata sangat berlimpah, dengan beragam pilihan roti, keju, potongan daging dingin (termasuk prosciutto), bacon, sayuran kukus, sereal, salad, yogurt, buah, kue kering Denmark, dan banyak lagi. Semua staf resepsionis sangat ramah, dan waktu check-in mereka yang fleksibel sangat membantu.

TTamuAn Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service at Starhotels
Hello, I’m a traveler from Korea who recently stayed at Starhotels during a family trip to Italy.
Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home.
This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date.
After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel.
It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us.
Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference.
Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter.
Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for.
As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out.
They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise.
Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can.

AAngevildSangat cocok untuk perjalanan bisnis atau liburan. Secara keseluruhan, sangat hemat biaya di antara hotel-hotel di Roma. Kamarnya luas dan memiliki balkon independen di dekatnya memenuhi pembelian dasar; ada supermarket, kafe, dan toko rokok dalam jarak 600-800m berjalan kaki. Dua kelemahan yang perlu diperhatikan: 1. Ada banyak tur grup di hotel, dan akan sangat ramai jika Anda check-in setelah jam 4 sore. Pada saat yang sama, terlalu banyak turis berkelompok menyebabkan pengalaman sarapan yang buruk; 2. Tidak ada stasiun kereta bawah tanah atau bus di dekat hotel, dan jarak berjalan kaki lebih dari 1 km -10km dari kota Relatif nyaman untuk naik taksi, dengan biaya sekitar 22-30 euro.
Mengingat tingkat keseluruhan hotel dan harga di Roma, sangat direkomendasikan.

MMaria MDWe stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either.
The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it.
The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.

TTamuThe room was spotless, and it was clear it had been recently refurbished, offering great value for the price. However, the thin walls were a major drawback, as every sound from neighbouring rooms was audible, causing frequent disturbances throughout the night. Additionally, on the last day, there was no cold water, making it impossible to shower. When we reported this to the receptionist, they unhelpfully suggested we should have complained the day before, despite the issue only arising that mornig — we cannot predict the future lol
Despite of this, I would probably stay again as it is good value for money.
