TTamuTucked quietly between Girona’s medieval lanes and the river, Hotel Nord 1901 feels like a private retreat in the middle of the city. The location is perfect — everything is a short stroll away — yet the hotel itself is calm and unhurried. Our room was generous in size, thoughtfully designed, and wonderfully comfortable after long days exploring the old town. The garden courtyard and pool are a rare luxury in such a central spot, offering a peaceful pause from sightseeing. Service throughout was warm, sincere, and effortlessly professional. A beautifully run boutique hotel that balances character, comfort, and location with ease.

I recently stayed at ByPillow The Bloom in Girona, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in seamless and stress-free.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed—modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. My room was spacious, with a super comfortable bed and high-quality linens that made for a perfect night’s sleep. The decor was minimalist yet cozy, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was spotless, with great water pressure in the shower and plenty of amenities.
One of the best parts of this hotel is its location—right in the heart of Girona! It’s within walking distance of all the main attractions, including the historic Old Town, the Cathedral, and the picturesque bridges over the Onyar River. There are also fantastic cafés, restaurants, and shops just around the corner.
Despite being so central, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful stay. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and I appreciated the thoughtful details like complimentary coffee and tea in the common area.
