Hotel dengan Parkir Gratis di Bilbao

Hotel was minutes away from Guggenheim Museum Bilbao which was our planned at Bilbao. There is hotel parking with a fee available during booking. The breakfast was good. The hotel and resturant staff were friendly and kind. My room was modern and clean, it comes with a streets view. There is room available with the museum view too.

Saya pikir sauna sudah termasuk dalam paket menginap kami, itulah mengapa saya memesan hotel ini. Ketika saya memberi tahu staf bahwa tidak ada biaya tambahan saat memesan secara online, mereka mengatakan bahwa sauna adalah bagian dari spa. Ini sangat membingungkan, seolah-olah sauna adalah bagian dari spa, mengapa disebutkan dan tidak dimasukkan di bagian spa? Spa dan sauna berbeda, dan jika ada biaya, itu harus disebutkan. Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

It's a nice hotel. Everything you need is there. Good city part around. But the devil was hidden in the details. 1) Upon checking in, I discovered hair from a trimmed beard in the shampoo holder on the sink (while I was yelling and running around in circles my partner had just rinsed it off). 2) Centuries of dust on the shelf and TV. 3) The clock on March 01, 2024 is still set one hour ahead. at 8:40pm I get dressed and run out to a meeting by 9pm. which as it later turns out will be in 1.20 minutes. Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time. And I thought: ”ok we can live with that”. BUT 3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: ”It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating”. This we find out after we have been ”cooling” for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?). 4) We get a fan to cool down. 5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective). This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating. P.S.: The glasses were not washed perfectly (it's just gazpacho, not oil paint and black tea) The toilet paper holder is positioned so that you hit it with your butt every time you sit down on the toilet, and when you sit down it rests on your chest

I have a great stay! The location is fantastic — just a few steps from the Guggenheim Museum, which made exploring the city super convenient. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable — exactly what we were hoping for. However, there's one detail that could be clearer: the hotel advertises ”private parking,” but in reality, it's a public city parking lot located about 450 meters away. It costs €20 per day, and there is no parking directly at the hotel. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to know in advance.

La cama es un soniquete continuo no es demasiado pedir un colchón duro de calidad y que no suene al moverse,solo moverse para levantarte. La habitación estaba muy fría según el termostato 19º a la llegada y fue poco a poco subiendo hasta los 24º al tercer día no es sano pasar frío en invierno ponemos la calefacción a 25º y en verano el aire a 19º. Mal muy mal . Por último tiene una terraza con servicio de bebidas y domingo a las 20:00 no había posibilidad de tomar un cocktail porque no tenía hierbabuena y faltaba café y no había posibilidad de algunas otras bebidas porque se habían agotado Un desastre pedí un zumo de tomate y lo devolví porque era un tormento de picante Es verdad que no nos cobraron ni el zumo ni el agua que sustituyó el zumo ni la cerveza de mi pareja. Pero el servicio penoso. Son cinco estrellas de hotel.

Well located hotel in downtown Bilbao. Good beds, quiet, dark bedroom. Good bathroom, staff friendly.

Excellent 4* hotel in the perfect location, 12 minutes walk from both Railway station and Intermodal Bus station. Big room, nice beds, all amenities like tv, aircon, kettle, frige and safe. Real bath and bidet in the bathroom. Looks little bit tired, but ok. The only problem was a plastic card room key with magnetic strip, which had been unmagnetized in my pocket several times with earphones case. Hotel has several bars/restoraunts, including one in the inner garden. And meeting areas for conferences.
