"I had a lovely stay. The communication from the hotel was great, all the instructions to get in/check in were clear. I stayed in a single room, it was not very big but more than enough for 1 person. I liked the breakfast, there was coffee, cereal, bread, pastries etc. you can have it in your room which was nice. The heating worked very well. Everything was clean and comfortable. My room wasn’t noisy, probably because it didn’t face the street. Guests were very loud though, not the hotel’s fault, but since breakfast started at 8.30 for 1h there were 2 couples having breakfast that sounded like 10 people were having a party there. It didn’t bother me too much as i was already awake, but maybe the hotel should ask people to be a bit more considerate, since they seem to have zero common sense and forget there are other guests in the rooms right next door."

Old town and museum are still within walkable distances. Staff was helpful to provide city tips and a map with local information. The created scent within the hotel lobby is a bit too much. "The hotel is very centrally located and the staff is efficient and friendly. However, I found several significant shortcomings in the facilities: 1. The rooms were very noisy. The wooden floorboards creaked, we could hear conversations from the next rooms, every door slammed, everything that fell to the floor, and on top of that, since we were in the room opposite reception, we could also hear everyone who came in and out or if they were talking to the receptionist. There was absolutely no sound privacy. 2. The shower screen was poorly sealed, and no matter how carefully you tried to shower, the water leaked out extremely easily. The floor would get soaked after every shower, and I had to use a towel to dry it, leaving me without a towel to clean myself if I wanted to shower afterward. To make matters worse, they have the nerve to blame the guests for the flooding, as you can see on the sign hanging in the bathroom in the photo. No, it's not our problem; it's a faulty installation of the shower screen. 3. The outlet next to the bed on the right made a constant noise while in use. If you don't mind any of this, the location is excellent, but I wouldn't stay there again."
