Was worried about the mixed Google reviews but Villa area was nicer than expected. Recommended to come on a weekday so there are fewer people. Enjoyed the public hot springs (room came with 1 coupon) and the personal room hot springs). Booked Tuscany room and the hot springs are located outdoors, you can still do a nude dip but take note that there are other rooms above you, can wrap a towel from the room the pools. Room itself is smaller than expected but quite decent. Some flies around but otherwise good.

The hotel is old and it shows. There are many pools in the onsen area and guests are required to wear swimsuits and swimming caps. The rooms look like they have to renovated but all public area and pools are aged and cleanliness can be improved. The selection at breakfast is basic but it is fair for what we were charged.
