DDARIUSZ WANThe hotel is nice and the suite on the 12th floor we had was very spacious. It included a huge living room, huge bedroom, bathtub, majang set and very comfy bed. However, the area around the hotel is not very-well developed. Luckily Wanda Plaza is just 1.5km away.

TTamuFrom the moment we arrived our experience at Club Med was fantastic!
The staff literally couldn’t do enough for you, Yulia was in contact prior to our stay asking if there was anything extra they could help with the (traveling with two children this is so helpful)
The room was beautiful, spacious and clean with lovely views of the lake!
The facilities were amazing, with so much entertainment for the kids, my little girl absolutely lovely all the activities and they staff were so so good with her, she even joined in the cabaret show which will be a moment I’ll treasure forever! The evening live singer was a treat too!
The first day of our stay there was a private event meaning some restaurants were closed but Kathy, Vicky and Yulia did their upmost best to provide us to alternative food menu other than hotpot. The buffet the next night had everything, spoilt with choice!
I can’t wait for club med to be our new weekend break, look forward to returning!
My only piece of feedback would be some service around the pool area, to save having to go to the JoyBar for some day drinks!

TTamu家裡來親戚住不開，定的這個酒店，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，停車免費，樓下都是停車位也很方便。旁邊有個美食街，早餐也很豐盛，前台小姐姐接待很熱情，非常推薦哦！/:heart

TTheDawgThe hotel reception is small. The room was quite nice actually and the location is a great near bar the Europe street, which is great for shopping and buying some food around Morning Casa. Lots of activities are here which can be convenient for travelers.

RRobsThis is a perfect gateway from the busy city life. The hotel is neat and tidy. Professional service from the staff. My favorite part is the huge swimming pools, and it’s never over crowded. The food is also really good. Get the dinner buffets and breakfast, loads of options. Grab an electric car and ride all along the lake and hotel.

PPengguna Anonim房間乾淨，雖然無窗也無異味，估計平時把空房間開風通氣👍隔音效果也不錯，昨晚住滿了客人，並不吵鬧。空調給力，熱水很足。
自有停車場，非常方便。酒店離公交線也很近，便利。
跑馬回來塞車等原因來不及洗漱了，跟前台兩位美女經理溝通後，又給延了下時，非常感謝🙏
