Hotel dengan Parkir Gratis di Jiayuguan

Very impressed with that hotel and the staff. Good location relatively close to the fortress and on the way to the wall. Plenty of food options around and more within 1 Km around. The staff at the reception were so helpful. No English spoken but with all the apps communication is not a big issue. It just take more time 🤔😅 The room was big. Great bathroom. A lot of space and storage available. Good air conditioning system. Breakfast was simply delicious and every day there were different items available. Not much western food but anyway Chinese food is healthier. Staff there was lovely. The fitness area is a bit minimalist. Self laundry is available and works great. I will return for sure. A Personal tip to people visiting Jiayuguan: I suggest getting to the wall first thing in the morning after breakfast. Taxis is the only option.In July 2024 the price I paid (Meter as usual) was 26 Yuans. After visiting that place take a taxi to the fortress (Jiayu pass) as it is on the way to the city anyway. The cost was 11 Yuans and it is very close to the fortress unlike the main ticket office located 2 Km away (where the bus nr 4 stops). Further tip if you like HotPot restaurants the NanjiaXiang is a great choice at a very reasonable price. It is 800 meters away from the hotel.

Hotel is well located with food streets a stroll away. Manager at the hotel, Sam, speaks good English and has gone out of his way to provide advice on places of interest, help book private tours and tips about places of interest in other cities we are heading to.

Penjaga keamanan di hotel ini sangat antusias, dia membantu kami mengambil barang bawaan kami dari mobil dan mengantarkannya ke kamar. Pelayanannya sangat bagus. Wanita layanan kamar juga merupakan tipe orang yang dengan tulus ingin menyelesaikan masalah bagi para tamu. Saya meminta beberapa barang dan diantar ke kamar dengan cepat. Diantaranya, toilet di salah satu kamar kami tersumbat di tengah malam. Petugas kamar datang untuk menanganinya dengan sangat cepat. Benar-benar tidak ada rasa tidak suka dari para pelayan di Jiangsu, Zhejiang dan Shanghai. Kamarnya juga sangat besar dan sarapannya sangat banyak! Tidak jauh dari berbagai tempat wisata dengan mobil Ulasan bagus! Saya terburu-buru sehingga saya tidak mengambil foto apa pun, maaf 😂

When we arrived it felt like a ghost town. It seems that it was once a tourist village but everything is closed now. There are no restaurants and also the hotel does not serve food. A supermarket is close by. The rooms are large and bright. The personal does not speak English but was always available and tried to communicate via translating apps. The hotel is in walking distance (5 minutes) from the fort and the great wall museum.

This is a local hotel. It is basic and quite dated. No one speaks English so it can be quite difficult for foreigners. Breakfast is limited and there are only local options. We had a do not disturb sign on our door but the hotel cleaner still came in to make up the room. It is fine to stay here for a night as there are limited hotel options in Jiayuguan but do not expect a luxury experience.
