All the staff is super friendly.
They helped us if questions appeared.
Big thanks to the receptionist who helped us and sent our delayed Taobao parcel to Beijing after we left. It was super helpful.
Very clean they clean every day, bring clean towels, water and tea.
The lift worked well.
The breakfast was quite good - both western and Chinese options and vegetarian options appeared.
Right in the city center of Hohhot.
Comfortable bed.
Nice cosmetics in the shower
Close to many shopping malls and not too far from underground and bus stop.

NNaiyoutaozidelvxing設施：入住8號精品樓，在高鐵上才發現礦泉水是入住當天生產的 2025.10.5入住 瓶口日期剛好是當天還寫着合格。
整體基礎設施至少是20年前的，比較老舊。有浴缸，花灑、乾濕分離衞生間，有體重秤，亞都品牌加濕器（未使用，裏面沒有水）、中央空調、保險櫃，迷你冰箱，文具都很齊全

KKhongoroo@On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her.
We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us.
Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. Thank you very much!

PPiaoyun昨天醉酒，到單位對面的酒店開鐘點房休息，休息是為了更好的工作，睡了一個上午之後，下午滿血復活，又可以好好乾工作了。
