Hotel Paris 9th arrondissement-Opera

Great hotel in a good location! About 10 mins walk to Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. Lots of food around the hotel. Reception staff are all very friendly and helpful with pointing with the directions to touristy places. Only downside was, the lift was under maintenance when we were there, however staffs helped with the carrying of our luggages. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Paris!

Excellent Business Stay at Sofitel Opera – Impeccable Service and Top-Notch Facilities I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sofitel Opera during a business trip, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the hotel’s service and facilities. From the moment I arrived, the team made sure everything was seamless, which is exactly what I needed for a stress-free business trip. Facilities: The hotel itself offers everything a business traveler could need. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable work desk, fast Wi-Fi, and ample power outlets—perfect for getting work done in between meetings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to rest well and recharge for the next day.

Pros: The hotel has a charming atmosphere, and I had a pleasant stay. I stayed in room 304, which offered a lovely street view, though the room itself was a bit on the smaller side. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. Cons: Some of the room’s amenities felt outdated and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Additionally, there were several steps between the elevator and the ground floor, and the elevator itself was quite small, making it a bit inconvenient for travelers with large luggage. Lastly, a cleaner attempted to enter the room in the morning while I was still inside, which was a bit unsettling.

The room was clean and close to the train station, within walking distance, that's what it was booked for.

If I could give an 11/10 star rating, I would. Went for our honeymoon & they took extremely good care of us. Gave us a room upgrade & prepped for us some gifts. We were extremely touched by their gesture. All the hotel staff was friendly & nice. Location is fantastic. The CDG Roissy airport bus is nearby towards Opera station. This hotel is surrounded by so many train options, making it super convenient to travel around. Luxury stores were a mere 5 min walk away. Gallaries Lafayette Haussmann was a 3 min walk, and public buses to Louvre museums/ Eiffel Tower made it super accessible. They even helped us to look after our bags on the last day before we left for the train station. Hotel room is amazing, with oven, cooking hob & hood, and a very sizable refrigerator. Area is relatively safe, even at night, hotel has good security card systems. Will definitely book this apartment again if we’re back to Paris

Very comfortable environment, hotel service is also very good, there is a drug store downstairs, and there is a Carrefour in 2 minutes' walk. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the Paris Opera House, Galeries Lafayette, and Paris Printemps, which is very convenient. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel, the room service can provide some meals. In addition, there are many restaurants downstairs.

The location is very good, safe, and close to Galeries Lafayette, Printemps Department Store and the Opera House. The hotel is not big, but it is very well decorated. The boss is a beautiful Chinese who has lived in France for more than 20 years, and her husband is French. All the staff are very friendly and willing to help guests. The single room I booked is not big, but the facilities are complete, and the toilet and bathroom are not small. Listen to the boss's introduction. Many houses in this area have a history of more than 100 years.

Club lounge services are first class. Especially Gillers and Leo who gave us a detailed introduction of the lounge. The atmosphere and foods are delicious. Very fresh Normandy oysters and other kind of foods meet your every kind of taste. We will surely book this club room again when we travel to Paris.

This is exactly what you would expect a good 4 star hotel to have. The location was amazing as there is a train station entrance 2 steps away from the entrance. The room also had a surprise balcony!

Hotel location is good only 5 mins walk from Printemp and Gallery Lafayette. But those homeless people stayed overnight on the street nearby hotel and the cleanliness around is not good from my eyeview.
