The Citadines Saint-Germain-des-Prés exceeded all my expectations!
1. Location – absolutely perfect! The hotel is situated right in the heart of Paris, just steps away from the Seine and iconic landmarks like Notre-Dame, the Louvre, and the Luxembourg Gardens. It’s ideal for exploring the city on foot.
2. The inclusion of a kitchen in the room was a major plus. It’s incredibly convenient, especially for families or those who prefer to cook their own meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
3. A bathtub in the room was a delightful touch, perfect for unwinding after a busy day of sightseeing.
4. The availability of free coffee all day is a small but thoughtful perk. It’s a great treat for coffee lovers and adds to the overall experience.
5. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Their warm attitude made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a central location in Paris. Highly recommend!
The reason for giving a five-star rating is that it is impossible to give a six-star rating.
In all aspects, especially the service, it is impeccable and even exceeds expectations. The best stay experience in several years.
We arrived in Paris in the early morning and put our luggage in the hotel early in the morning. Not only was the service warm, but they also took the initiative to provide us with coffee and bread! When we were walking around Paris during the day, the hotel butler also consulted us and booked a show in the evening. When we checked in in the afternoon, we were given a free room upgrade. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a check-in greeting card and snacks. The breakfast was also perfect!
The service was very warm and considerate. The location was perfect. The hygiene was excellent. (The mattress had seven layers of bunks)
It can be felt that all the staff in the entire hotel are serving with their heart, not just working.

The front desk service was very good, friendly and a little humorous. The room size was OK. The view from the window was great. The breakfast was great, with hot scrambled eggs, grilled sausage and bacon. It was great to have a hot breakfast in Europe. There was also freshly squeezed orange juice. The breakfast environment was also very good

Because my schedule was staggered with that of my friend, I stayed alone on the last night of this trip in Paris. I chose a hotel in the 6th district, which is a little more familiar, mainly because the surrounding city walk is also quite convenient.
The Christmas decorations at the entrance of the hotel are ready, which is very atmospheric and warm. The door is an automatic door. There is a bar and restaurant on the lobby floor (0th floor, not 1st floor). Dinner is from 7pm to 10pm, and there is brunch on Sunday. Breakfast is usually 28 euros per person, which can be added if necessary, or you can eat in the cafes around, there are many small shops.
The room is not big, but it is enough. The hot water comes out quickly and the water is large. It is very comfortable to wash your hair and take a bath. When checking in, you can directly use two cards, one for electricity and one for travel, which is quite thoughtful. The elevator here also needs to swipe the card to press the floor, which has a high safety factor.
If it weren't for the high prices of all hotels in Paris due to the Olympics, I would give this hotel a high rating, because I have been to Paris before and I could stay in a better place for the same price. This hotel is small and cozy, like a homestay, clean and tidy, everything is small and crowded, but you can feel that it is very neat, clean and cozy. The transportation is very convenient, very close to the subway station, and there are two supermarkets nearby. Although the room is small, it can fit two 27-inch suitcases and has good space (the main factor in choosing the hotel at the beginning). The breakfast variety is very small, but it's okay. There are drinks and snacks from 6 to 8 o'clock (I enjoyed the free set meal time for one night when I stayed for 3 nights in a row, mainly because I was out playing every day)
It has everything it needs. Although the majong is small, it has all the necessary features. I booked an executive room, but the room type is different from the one I booked. It costs 3500/night, but it is on the first floor and the sound insulation is not good, so I slept with the TV on💤
The attitude of the woman at the front desk was bad. I checked in and said that I wanted to make a copy of my passport, but she said she couldn't do it🙅🏻♀️ and asked me to go out and make a copy by myself. I told her that I had to go out in a hurry, but she kept talking to me. When I called to make a breakfast reservation in the morning, she started talking to me. Just say: Oops, I came to you last night, you shouldn’t go to the trip agent to complain that our room type is wrong😅 shouldn’t I go and complain? excuse me.??? Anyway, it was a bad experience and I won’t come back again! Hotels in Paris at this price are similar.
Booked for a colleague on a business trip. The hotel is very close to the train station. It takes only a few minutes to walk there. The location is good. Recommended

A Stunning Aesthetic Marred by Disappointing Service
My recent stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression.
The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. A seamless harmony of remarkable aesthetics and attentive service will undoubtedly make for an even more remarkable stay at this captivating hotel.
The hotel is in a very good location, with a beautiful balcony view. There is a subway station a few dozen meters away, and Café de Flore and Deux Magots are across the street. It is a few hundred meters to the Seine River and across the bridge to the Louvre. The service facilities are also good, with a public washing machine and dryer. I asked the front desk twice and they were satisfied. The only drawback is that there are some small flying insects, which may be due to the old house.

Very Good
朱朱The hotel is small and exquisite, but the service is average. Everyone should pay attention to seeing the bill at checkout, because it is clear that it is a free bottle of water in the room at the checkout, but it costs 8 euros. It is said that the first night is free, but they are said to be free when asked. Later, they negotiated with the hotel and they withdrew the charge. Check out the bill at the Paris hotel and pay the bill!
赵赵The most satisfying hotel on a trip to Paris, the service was excellent. The hotel is perfectly located with lots of interesting shops, restaurants and bars around, and a five minute walk from the subway station. The hotel itself is small and beautiful, with exquisite details.
PPThe hotel is extremely SMALL. Lobby is SMALL. We waited for quite awhile to get check-in. Service was SLOW.
The only thing we like, is the room we got.
Clean, consist of bathrobe and room slipper.
Price NOT worth it.
*** TAKE NOTE ***
We booked this hotel because of the SPA reviews, it may looks beautiful in photo. Water seems dirty, it gave me itch after. Pls look clear at the 2nd photo I posted, there was a camera! How is this acceptable? Your clients are naked and you’re viewing from your lobby desk.
Shortly after we got up, we went to the lobby and asked, why is there a CCTV in the spa? He replied “for safety reason”.
I understand that but come on, at least a heads up to clients!
Definitely NOT coming back again!

Sshawn0725In addition to the smaller room, the overall price is high: walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc., the front desk and staff are very friendly and welcoming, the room is clean and heated
GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the left bank of the Seine River, with convenient restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies around. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the Luxembourg Gardens, 15 minutes to the famous Notre Dame de Paris and the Seine River, and a few minutes to the subway station. The geographical environment is convenient and suitable for tourism. The hotel is relatively small and not very soundproof, but the room design and layout are compact and reasonable. Please contact the hotel to take a taxi to Charles de Gaulle Airport. It cost a very high price of 65+7 euros. The overall evaluation is pretty good.

SStephanieThe location is wonderful, lots of resins cafe around.
just about 5-10 mins walk from Odeon metro. Place is safe.
even though that is a cafe right outside the theatre, once you close the balcony door, you won’t be here, anything from outside, the isolation is very good.
The curtains were blackout curtains, which block the sunlight so I slept extremely well during my stay.
Be aware that you ask to replace a set of new towels during the day. Once I came back to the hotel really late, I realise there were no towels. I went down to the reception and asked for a spare one, they said I must ask during the day as they can’t access any towels at night.
The room is big enough for two people, shower is nice, strong, enough, hot water. Toilet is from the bathroom which Make it more convenient.
I enjoy my stay at this hotel. Will consider Ida staying again for my next visit.

I actually asked for it when I received the city tax and checked out. The front desk records were unclear. Otherwise, the receipt was really inexplicable.
The front desk would recommend the shuttle to the airport. We were not sure, but it still seemed to have booked us and called over. My black question mark
JJINLINGThe small and old double room in the room is less than 1 meter 5 and the friend squeezed for one night. It is really not recommended to live. The nearby holiday hotel is not good to enter but it is better to book a regular hotel, but the transportation is very convenient. Walking, you can go to Notre Dame
