Hôtel Tilde

We spent a few days at this hotel which were truly a disaster. First of all, once we arrived at the hotel we were sent towards the car park with unclear directions, without anyone to accompany us and then once we arrived at the car park here was the first disaster. A car park that was not guarded at all, always open, in very poor condition, narrow for a slightly larger car, with the presence of people doing suspicious activities inside, with a terrible smell of pee, and they hadn't warned us that it wasn't even there. the elevator and then we had to climb the suitcases and the baby's stroller by hand up the narrow and slippery stairs, which were also all dirty with pee. (photos of the condition of the parking lot are attached) Then, once we finally arrived at the hotel, my 3 year old son accidentally spilled some water, wetting the bed, and despite several calls made to the reception, nothing was done, even though we were told that they would solve the problem, but we had to sleep in wet bed. To top it off, at check-in we were told and confirmed that our reservation was until day 24, that everything was paid for and that we had to leave the hotel on Saturday morning and so we had organized ourselves accordingly. On the morning of the 23rd, with much rudeness and arrogance they told us that the mistake was ours and that we had to leave the hotel immediately without even trying to find a solution, when the mistake was theirs alone, and the worst thing was who didn't even want to admit it, telling a completely different story and lying. The girl at the reception was uniquely rude, and instead of trying to find a solution for some customers, due to their mistake, they did everything to throw us out. Truly incompetent, like all their front desk staff who made this mistake. I don't wish anyone to find themselves in a similar situation. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, NOTHING POSITIVE, DISASTROUS, INCOMPETENT AND LIARING STAFF.

The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the AC in the summer. The staff were lovely, the wifi worked well, and the personal note and macarons were a fun perk. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs because we could hear the trains (it is not jarring) from our room which makes sense since you are near two huge train stations. Conveniently close to metro and bus stops. Would definitely return-great prices!

L'accueil à notre arrivée a été correct. Mais : pas de chauffage dans la chambre (un chauffage d'appoint seulement). Pendant la nuit, il y a eu une coupure de courant donc pas d'électricité au réveil, pas d'eau chaude et pas de chauffage. Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, nous avons été considérées comme les fautives de ce désagréments : il aurait fallu le dire avant notre réveil ! Pour une nuit à 115 €, je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Chambre confortable, bien équipée. Propreté au rendez-vous. Personnel très accueillant. Accueil h24 !Lit très confortable. Endroit très calme. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place pour bien commencer la journée. Bravo

Edificio vecchio,camere datate. Nella nostra camera nn funzionava il condizionatore e x riscaldare c'era una stufetta,spenta al nostro arrivo(fuori zero gradi!!!!) È talmente piccola la stanza ke si scalda in un paio d'ore!! Vicino alla metro ed ad un piccolo supermercato. Gentili alla reception e camera pulita ogni giorno. Dopo le 21 la zona nn è proprio sicurissima....

Accueil, service et globalité de la chambre au top. Seul bémol : Alternance eau chaude / eau froide pendant la douche et pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain. Hôtel calme, nous étions au 5° étage côté ruelle. Pas de bruit entre chambres. Literie confortable.
