I would say this place is extremely well located except the room where it seems quite small for the amount of money I've spent.

Nothing like the photos. Lift was not working. Tired furniture, carpets. Tiny rooms. Card holder for turning on electricity in room was held together by sellotape

衞生狀態不錯，早餐在地下。確實比較市中心，房間比較小，真的小，因為新裝修，維護還不錯，沒有啥味道。周邊相對安全，沒有遇到過啥小偷啥的。十字路口有水果攤，1區非常市中心了。
