Good location and friendly staff .

酒店地理位置很方便，出了地鐵就是！前台服務耐心也很好，早餐很好吃！酒店還可以寄存行李，非常方便。房間稍微老舊，不過保養的不錯，就是小了點。

房間比較小，但整潔乾淨，這個酒店是我的客户推薦給我的，第二次入住。地理位置很好，就在地鐵站旁邊，附近有小超市和亞洲風味的快餐，坐車去巴黎的各大景點都很方便。早餐不過不失，比較簡單精緻的那種。

The room was compact and clean. If you are not planning to stay indoors, then the room size will not bother you as much. The view was nice (towards the main road but since its quite high, you can barely hear the traffic). It is 3 mins away from the train/ metro station. There are restaurants, fast-food centres and cafes close by. There is an open market just down the road as well where they sell fresh sea food, variety of dishes, fruits and veg.

It was nice, and spacious consider Paris standard. Nearby got few nice bakery shops.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were clean and up to Ibis's usual standards. The lift was quite small, but I did appreciate there was a lift. Check in and check out was smooth and quick, and the room offered everything needed for a more budget stay in Paris. The hotel is close enough to Gare du Lyon as well as the metro, several restaurants and Ubers arrive relatively quickly. The breakfast buffet was very handy - with a French style to it, which I did appreciate: croissants, madeleines, Nutella, fresh French bread, butter, cheese, coffee machines, fruit, etc. Slightly noisy maybe at night, but wasn't an issue for us.

Lage ist prima; mit der Metro vor der Tür (und auch einer Tram-Linie quer dazu) kommt man eigentlich überall recht gut hin. Besonders das freundliche Personal ist zu nennen. Sonntags übrigens ganz in der Nähe ein Wochenmarkt mit interessanter Auswahl. Und einer unglaublich guten traditionellen Bäckerei um die Ecke in der Av. Daumesnil.

Ho alloggiato in questo Hotel per 3 notti (dall’11 Dicembre 2023 al 14 Dicembre 2023) con il mio ragazzo. Hotel con OTTIMA posizione, vicinissimo alla fermata della Metro 8 e della Tram 3, in un quartiere super tranquillo con diverse Boulangrie nelle vicinanze super utili e buone per fare colazione o merenda. Camera piuttosto piccola ma con tutto il necessario per passare un ottimo soggiorno. Bagno senza bidet. Pulizia OTTIMA. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Consiglio tantissimo
