I stayed in room 702. The air conditioning was not working. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow. The lift takes about 10 minutes to arrive. There is no dental kit, no nail cutter, no ironing board. The staff didn't react to my complaints and didn't offer any compensation.

The location is good, but the rooms are small. No closet, iron, or safe box in the room. The room was not lit up well enough. Did not feel welcomed by the staff. Breakfast was good. The bed sheets and pillow covers were not changed during 4 day stay. The bed was comfortable. No towel was provided on the third day of the stay.

In a run down part of Paris. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. Rooms are tiny, dated and unclean. The staff are surly and unwelcoming The breakfast is stale and the staff fail to replenish the buffet in a timely fashion. Avoid at all costs

Stayed two nights at this Ibis Styles hotel. Staff is friendly and everything was clean in the room. There is an a small elevator. Room had a little desk, a chair and a television. Bathroom was fine with a shower and a hair dryer. Room was cleaned everyday. It was quiet at night and we slept well. Bed was comfortable. View was on the street. Breakfast is well worth its price with different breads, viennoiseries, croissants, jam, yogurt, breakfast cereals, cheese, fruit salad, fresh orange juice and tea and coffee. The breakfast room is downstairs so no windows there. Metro was close by as were a few bus stops. A supermarket is close too. I would stay there again for sure.

We did a last minute trip to Paris at the end of May. The city was full with tourists and fans for the Champions League Final and the French Open, so finding decent accommodation at the right price proved to be a challenge. We found a good deal on the Ibis website for the Ibis 15, which included breakfast, so this hotel worked out well for what we needed. This small hotel is located in the 15th Arrondissement, which is south of the city (if you think of Paris as a clock, this would be between 6-7). In terms of tourist areas, it's closest to the Eiffel Tower and Champs de Mar. This walkable neighbourhood is more on the residential side, but is full of boutiques, cafés, bakeries, and restaurants. We preferred this as it was a bit quieter, and safer than some other areas. There are two Metro stations within walking distance (Boucicat and Convention), but you can also get the bus, Ubers, taxis, and scooters nearby. TIPS: *Check the Ibis website directly for good deals. *Get familiar with the Metro. You can get a day pass for the whole system, including buses and trains, for €7, which is a great value. The metro can get you to all of the tourist stops and destinations quickly. The staff in the stations are very helpful, so be sure to ask if you need help. P.S. Be mindful of your valuables - there are a lot of pickpockets working the transit systems. *Have a look around this neighbourhood. We found all of the amenities and services we needed for our trip, including grocery stores, banks, a laundry, local boulangeries/cafés, etc. within walking distance. You'll find a variety of cuisines in the area, including the local restaurant on the corner that makes the the yummiest Vietnamese spring rolls, or the charming and hip Italian restaurant a couple of blocks away, where the staff are friendly and the food and drinks are delicious. The hotel is older, but it's looks to have been recently renovated. The lobby is small and there is only one small elevator, which will fit (maybe) two adults and two carry on suitcases. If you're not in a rush (we weren't), it's totally fine, but this may be important for travellers who need assistance. We found the staff to be very polite and helpful. Check-in was a bit slow as there was only one person at the front desk, but be patient and they will help. We had a double room, which was on the smaller side (hey, it's Europe!), but it was clean and functional and worked for what we needed. We were travelling light, so we could comfortably store our luggage, but if you need more room, ask for the biggest room you can get. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit flat, so ask the front desk if you can have extra. The bathroom was a good size and very clean, but the shower in our room was a tiny box. If you are bendy and flexible, have fun manoeuvring in there! Larger people, this one isn't for you! The water pressure from the shower head is very good, and the hot water is plenty, but beware of the hot side of

Accueil très professionnel tout le monde se met en 4 pour rendre le séjour très agréable. Coin détente très sympa avec un assortiment de thés excellent et un carrot cake vraiement très bon et tout cela offert pour les clients . Petit déjeuner très riche avec sucré salé jus d'orange frais ! viennoiserie et pain frais venant d'un boulanger " du coin". Coin piano et guitare à disposition dans l'entrée avec 1 soft offert pour 1 morceau joué ! En résumé hôtel très cosy et rapport qualité prix excellent

Cheguei de madrugada e fiquei sozinha na rua batendo na porta até alguém aparecer, isso porque eu avisei que chegaria naquele horário. Não tinha uma campainha, nada. Também me machuquei feio na escada do hotel e tive pouco respaldo ho hotel. Cai na escada, que não tinha sinalização, quando descia para o café da manhã por volta das 9am. Fui pro hospital de ambulância e só voltei por volta das 17h, em jejum. Falei com o hotel que estava em jejum, sem poder pisar, de muleta, e mandaram eu pedir comida por aplicativo. Sendo que eu paguei pelo café da manhã e não pude usufruir porque me machuquei lá dentro. Também não avisaram aos outros funcionários para eu ter ajuda. No café da manhã do dia seguinte, eu estava de muleta e pé sem poder pisar e nenhum funcionário me ajudou a me servir. Uma hóspede teve que me ajudar. Já que me machuquei no local, esperava um pouco mais de cuidado. A única coisa que recebi do hotel foi a companhia de um funcionário para ir na farmácia comprar o que o médico passou, pois eu não falo francês. Fiquei muito decepcionada com a Ibis. Viajei sozinha e escolhi ficar num hotel Ibis por sentir que teria mais suporte e segurança, mas não foi o que ocorreu. Não recomendo! Ah, o quarto dava para ouvir tudo da rua e os barulhos dos funcionários, pois fiquei no térreo, bem ruim de dormir.

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits dans la chambre « familiale «  703. En arrivant, l’ascenseur est minuscule, max 1-2 personnes. Les autres jours, on a dû monter plusieurs fois 8 étages à pieds après le petit déjeuner, servi à -1. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre sous le toit, pas de climatisation. La douche est minuscule, on ne peut pas se toucher les pieds car il n’y a que de la place pour rester debout! 1 rouleau de toilette pour 3 personnes, gobelets en carton pour rincer. Tapis abimé, pas de placard, pas de poubelle. Bref, chambre et salle de bains très basiques. Pas de bruit de la rue, par contre on entend tout ce que disent les voisins!
