Just incredible location, very close to shopping, metro and tourist hot spots

Awesome location close to Louvre area abs jardin des Tuileries. Mr Olivier at the reception had a wonderful guide .

酒店就在凡多姆廣場旁邊，位置非常好，我們步行去所有的景點。早起還可以去杜麗特夫人公園跑步，走路到盧浮宮五分鐘。酒店房間在巴黎算是大的，套房一家四口夠住。唯一要注意就是因為地點，所以周邊消費非常高，如果到左岸去消費會實惠很多。

Cannot recommend. We choose this hotel because it part of the Marriott Bonvoy group but it is as far below Marriott service standards. While the location was good, the experience was extremely frustrating. Front desk staff is very pleasant but can offer little useful information. The common answer was ‘I don’t know’. Tomas the Concierge was technically polite but smug and dismissive. Upper management is not visible and nearly impossible to reach. There is little ‘bang for the buck’ -we didn’t not experience the value of our nearly $700 a night and we definitely did not feel valued as customers. There are so many other hotels in this area… don’t choose this one. **Attached our photos of the photo over the bed, and the room key because they were funny but not in a good way. And Marriott- if you read these reviews- this hotel does the brand a disservice.

You pay for a five star hotel, but you get a pretty crummy hostel experience. We had two rooms. One smelled fine, the other smelled so bad we had to get someone from staff to come smell it. They said it was “technical” and sprayed room spray. Something about the walls. They toured us through a second room but it smelled just as bad. The safe in the room was broken. In the other room the sink was clogged, a light was broken, and the fridge didn’t work. At 12:35 AM, all the lights in one of the rooms turned on randomly waking up the kids. We brought this up the next day and the woman at the front desk cringed as if she knew that was an issue. It didn’t happen the next night thankfully. Then came Friday night. It’s basically a club on the first floor until midnight. Good luck sleeping. All this at a thousand euros per night. Laughably bad experience. Only redeeming qualities are the location and some of the staff who seem to have been dealt a bad hand with this property and should go take their talents somewhere else. Don’t stay here.

Best staff - we were trapped in Paris because of the IT outage. We were tired and stressed. The staff’s kindness and courtesy made a great deal of difference. Everyone wanted to help us with everything they could to help alleviate the stress. Definitely a great place.

The Renaissance Vendome hotel’s service, location, rooms and dining all exceeded our expectations. The staff especially went above and beyond for our family of four. Every hotel staff member we interacted with was helpful, friendly and wanting to help in any way possible. I would not hesitate to recommend for any type of traveler.

Excellent service and stylish public spaces. We also liked the furnishings in our room, but the bathrooms and the fitness center need a physical refresh. Our shower didn’t work properly, nor did the shower of our travel companions. The AC did not work in the gym, making for a very hot workout. Also, it would be nice if the fitness center, pool, and sauna facilities were open later - we often like to use them after dinner but they were not open late at this hotel.

Well, I did not know what to expect. My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon in Paris and decided to stay at the Renaissance Paris Vendome. It started with the check-in. From the beginning, my wife and I felt special. The staff were professional but so nice and caring to us. The Front Desk manager upgraded us! And when we arrived to our suite, it was decorated over the top! From rose petals on the floor, to rose petals shaped in a heart on the bed, to actual pictures of our wedding around the room (they asked me to supply some pictures before we arrived, and they printed them and displayed them.) Our stay will last in our memory for a lifetime. I want to thank the Renaissance Vendome for truly caring and doing everything possible to make our honeymoon as special as it could be!!! If you have a special occasion and you are visiting Paris, stay here!!

I would have thought the decor very sophisticated if I were visiting a college dormitory, but it was completely un-charming for grown up travelers. Pictures on the ceiling staring at you when you are lying in bed? No, thank you. Room service that runs out of basics (yogurt) and gives you « yogurt » they made in ten minutes? Non, merci. The location was great—and the porter, Samuel, couldn’t have been nicer— but that about all I can say to recommend this place.

The front desk never answers the phone, so there’s no way to get help. The housekeeping staff lost a lens cap on my wife’s contact lens case, forcing her to spend an hour on a Saturday (on vacation!) chasing down an optician where she could buy a replacement. When we complained, the manager said he needed to talk to the housekeeping staff “to find out what really happened.” The implication was that hearing from us was insufficient, and that he believes his housekeeping staff more than he believes a Bonvoy Elite member who is paying thousands of dollars for a multi-night stay in a deluxe room. As though I would lie to him about a contact lens case!

Nice spot , helpful staff, smaller rooms, hidden bar in lobby was nice as was the attached restaurant ( good vibe ), quiet location, short walk to the park and Louvre, can’t comment on the value proposition as I haven’t stayed near there to compare.

Absolutely amazing hotel. You walk in and are greeted like an old friend. Rooms are cozy but perfect. And the location…NOTHING beats the location. Best hotel in Paris when considering price, location, and costumer service. Plus a free happy hour every night!
